Very very informative you make me relaxed after a long day of driving and now I know how to load them trailers very very informative God bless you be safe🎉
Thank you! It's nothing too special. The editing was done on Adobe's free Rush editor. I do pay $10/month to be able to edit in 4k, but I also have other channels I do content for. That's also where the slightly expensive DJI drone and GoPro came from to make these videos 😅
@@CrossbuckRVTransport the videos look very nice. I have a nice laptop with me in the truck, but i'm a bit tech illiterate...lol. wife is spose to start messing with it. Might be able to step it up. I also have a nice dji with me, i'm getting more traction with my videos then i expected..lol. gonna have to step it up. Lol
@@CrossbuckRVTransport would love to get with you and do a video for both chanels if you want. But i have been wanting to interview a multihaul guy for input about it for the viewers. If not, no worries. If it is ok with you, i would like to promo your channel for people to check out what multi haul is like. Again, if not. No worries.
@RamTruckTrucking Absolutely, that would be pretty cool. My email is crossbucktransport@gmail.com if you want to get in touch that way we can plan a time where we're both in town or even if we cross paths out on the road
Absolutely fascinating!! I’ve seen hundreds of videos and this was the first I’ve seen of the loading and unloading of the travel trailers! Great job!! Sorry about the truck and trailer issues but it’s an unfortunate part of the job! Your explanation of your gross pay and expenses and net is simple and easy to understand. I drove for 7 years commercial but never multi haul. Great video Connor look forward to more!! Safe travels!!
@harrydaniels7994 Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it! I think this is the best job in the world, even when things go wrong. And I'm happy to share it with all yall!
@buttonswon I'm guessing you're talking about when I pin the drop rail but don't put the cotter pin in it... which if so I'm sorry to your OCD. I've just never put the pin in when loading lol
My 2nd most recent video goes over being leased to Foremost Transport and why I left. I am working on a new video today about who I'm leased to now, it'll probably be edited and published by tomorrow!
@joshreyburn988 As of now I don't plan to do a video specifically about my carrier. I am thinking of doing one on the various carriers, benefits to leasing on with one, and some pros and cons of different size carriers. But also if you see the big red truck out pulling campers, or we get to talking, I'm not going to hide who I pull for. Just not wanting them to be front and center of a video.
@CrossbuckRVTransport ok awesome thank you. Can you tell us if they lease on big trucks such as yours and if there is any year limitations like they do with pickups?
Almost all of them will lease on a semi tractor, and some like mine will even lease you a trailer specifically for hauling campers. Age is not as important as appearance when it comes to semis in the industry. There's pre-2000 trucks running paper logs right now at some carriers. Mine technically has a 12 year or newer policy on their website, but will tell you when applying that they review each truck individually and make exceptions depending on how badly they need trucks and the overall condition of your truck. I'm working on a video to go in depth on this now, but if I miss anything or you have other questions feel free to ask and I'll get an answer for you!
So here's the full run down. Made it to the shop and when I shut down my truck to wait I heard a small air hiss. Couldn't hear it over the engine running, and didn't have it the night before, so it must have developed in the drive to the shop. Air loss was also so minimal while the truck was running it barely dropped in pressure before the compressor would air back up. But any audible leak is asking for trouble with DOT so even though it was a minor fitting that was leaking it was my call to play it safe and fix it as soon as I found it.
Love to see it man! I can’t wait to do multi haul💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
@motozaye Thanks man! It was a fun week, and I'm glad I got it done before our slow down this week.
Once again thank you God bless
Thanks for this video I’m looking into multi hauling
@rileyhiggins4753 It's the way to go in my opinion if you're going to do this long term and for a living. Best of luck!

Great video. I have been wondering about loading multi haul. Awesome editing. I'm jealous..lol

@RamTruckTrucking Heck yeah! Whatever makes you happy, and you're doing something right because you have videos in the thousands of views already!

@@CrossbuckRVTransport yep lol. Not criticizing at all, my OCD was just screaming “he’s gonna lose that damn cotter pin” 😂
@buttonswon If (when) I do I'll be sure to come back to this comment and let you know 😅

Wondering if you could share more information on the air leak from the experienced side? Sound? Pre-trip? Air pressure?
