if you need to attach the kind of towline shown in the clip where is it attached on a oru bay ?

And how it fares if a motorboat passes by? It looks like with such an open cockpit it really is a canoe in the shape of a kayak, and it can easily be filled with water from a wake of a passing boat, also on the video I see people jumping from this boat into water. How do they get back on the boat?

when I was in a beginner kayak class, they had us do self-rescues, and best way to learn it was doing it ourselves.. so when I "fell out" I had to go to the back where the stern of the boat is (directly behind it), lift myself up on top, and kind of "spiderman" my way up there (like how he climbs the walls, or straddle up cowboy style, however you can picture it) until both of your legs is dangling on opposite sides of the cockpit. Once you get that far, put your hands on both sides of the cockpit outer, lift yourself up enough to get your legs in (lifting yourself with both hands on opposite sides keeps that balance on the kayak), and ease yourself into the seat.. all very slowly.. and that should get you back in. Oru also has some tutorials on how they did it themselves. Hope this helps!
