- Today, I'm unboxing and reviewing one of the craziest Alien statues on the market, Rogue Alien Battle Diorama by Prime 1 Studios! This is a statue I've been waiting for a long time! So, lets find out if it was worth the wait!

It can be your pokemon it won't attack humans but it's own kind kind of like a pest control xenomorph but for its own kind.
Do you know of anyone who makes custom bases for situations like this? I absolutely love the statue, and I can afford it. I was a big dark horse comics aliens fan as a kid, and I absolutely want one of these in my collection. BUT, that base is my issue. It is a space hog, as you say, but being the feet are designed with square pegs and metal spikes, it ought to be possible to have a custom base built by someone who knows what they are doing, so I could display the monster alien itself. Just a nice elegant black base that lets the sculpt stand on its own.
I'd also swap the base with something smaller. I also like simple bases. Don't get me wrong, the eggs and dead xenos were really nicely made, but they do draw the eyes away from the Alien King. Something simple and no bigger than necessary would have been better but they just had to make it a diorama. 🙄
This thing is insane. Love the colors. Know nothing about it but would love to have it.

Wall is great imo, adds shape to the overall aesthetic of the base, but I get how space concerns are a greater priority for some.
I completely agree. I love the statue itself. But, not only is the base unreasonably big for it, but it is so damn busy that it distracts from the awesome monster alien itself. I like it enough to pay someone to make a simple black custom base for it, unless I can figure out how to make one that is safe and sturdy for it myself.

perhaps u could take on the challenge to get some magnetic (additional) pins (or replace the pins with magnetic ones) to ensure those arms dont fall off...just an idea, maybe youve tought of it yourself and came to conclusion it wont work or damage it while trying...lol!

Man,what a statue! Never seen it before. Pure perfection ,imo. Shipping is killer of the hobby and for us is always too expensive! If you paid 5-600 usd,for our country would be 1200 + taxes. You might have to pay for some customs or duties fee when it’s coming into your country, but that’s probably about it. Congrats on your first piece!

I was always on the fence about this statue. Love the Alien statue itself and its crazy detail. But Prime 1 really goes overboard on the bases everytime, taking attention away from the figure itself. The wall could go. If they got rid of it, I think it would have helped the statue a lot on the weight, width, price, composition, and focus on the figure. But it might also be there as a counter balance so the statue won’t tip over or wobble lopsided, I don’t know. Great review. Thanks.
