Caleb Dickerson Not one good song? Nigga gtfo here, guys got a universal classic album in take care and 2 somewhat classics in so far gone and nwts so how tf does he not have one good song u fucking idiot Ok since I have nothing to say let’s talk about it “Cheesy single” in what way is a song like money in the grave or Chicago freestyle for example “cheesy” if anything compared to the modern day urban communities, the Beatles music would be regarded as cheesy NOT DRAKE Btw I’m not saying drakes better than the Beatles but ur comment is literal autism

Swagboy idrk it just brings u somewhere you know? Like for me personally I listen to a lot a lot of music but no other songs bring me to a place like runaway does. It also incredible it goes from this incredibly eerie ringing piano to a genuinely beautiful ballad of emotions
@@judemarino8914 i do understand, and I ofc love the song aswell but I don't see it being the best Kanye song ever, yet even the best on that album. I love when Kanye sings because it sounds so raw, but that song doesn't do it for me. However the distortion sound of the second half is amazing. But I think devil in a new dress wins best song on mbdtf
I can't do a top 10 cause I only started listening to a lot of music over the last year, but here's my favourite albums. 8)Arctic monkeys: Whatever people say I am, that's what I'm not 7) Madvillain: Madvillainy 6)Brockhampton: Saturation trilogy (I prefer to think of them as one album) 5)Anderson .paak: Malibu 4)Frank Ocean: Blonde 3)Rex Orange County: Apricot princess 2) Tyler, The Creator: Flower boy 1) Kendrick Lamar: To pimp a butterfly

I’d give Revolver a listen if you haven’t already. I always used to put Sgt pepper’s above it but honestly giving them both another listen Revolver seems a bit more diverse and creative.

My no1 album is Kid A. For its themes, peace in depression, orchestration, songwriting, lyrics, chords, modes and everything in between. Does anyone know an album that you can just, sit in a dark room, turn off everything, cut yourself off and exist to, cuz I'm having trouble.
Here’s mine (with one for each artist cause otherwise it’d be all Kanye and Kendrick): 1. MBDTF- Kanye West 2. TPAB- Kendrick Lamar 3. The Money Store- Death Grips 4. Igor- Tyler the Creator 5. Madvillainy- Madvillian 6. Teens of Denial- Carseat Headrest 7. After Laughter- Paramore 8. Self Titled- Kids See Ghosts 9. Daytona- Pusha T 10. House of Balloons- The Weekend
Might as well jump in with the crowd and list some albums that built me. Maybe someone will discover something new they love. Why? - Alopecia Listener - Return To Struggleville Steely Dan - Aja Mothers - When You Walk A Long Distance You Are Tired The Mountain Goats - Transcendental Youth Quasimoto - Yessir Whatever Cap'n Jazz - Analphabetapolothology Tom Waits - Real Gone A Tribe Called Quest - The Low End Theory Clipping. - clppng
Well keep in mind that list isn't in exact order, but yeah. I honestly see Daveed Diggs as one of the most talented and most versatile emcees of the generation. His solo work is solid as hell, clipping consistently produces some truly interesting experimental hip hop this side of B L A C K I E, and, with no disrespect to Lin Manuel Miranda, I don't know if Hamilton would have turned out the same without Diggs there to help put it together. I mean damn man, name another rap project that's been nominated for a Hugo award for a cypher filled concept album. He's doing big things to further hip hop as a culture and I'm 100% behind him
Man, music taste is such a weird thing. I tried, I mean really tried, to enjoy John Mayer, and Frank Ocean, and James Blake, and Radiohead and I just can't do it. No matter which way I listen to it I can't enjoy those albums. Meanwhile, albums like Abbey road, mbdtf, and gkmc I love. Oh and rumours. Sorry forgot that one.
My top 10 would be: 10. Madvillain - Madvillainy 9. Mobb Deep - The Infamous 8. Jay Z - Blueprint 7. Metallica - ...And Justice For All 6. Nas - Illmatic 5. Twenty One Pilots - Twenty One Pilots 4. Kendrick Lamar - Good Kid, m.A.A.d. City 3. A Tribe Called Quest - Midnight Marauders 2. Kanye West - My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy 1. Pink Floyd - The Wall

Not even the best song on the album but ok
Swagboy idrk it just brings u somewhere you know? Like for me personally I listen to a lot a lot of music but no other songs bring me to a place like runaway does. It also incredible it goes from this incredibly eerie ringing piano to a genuinely beautiful ballad of emotions
@@judemarino8914 i do understand, and I ofc love the song aswell but I don't see it being the best Kanye song ever, yet even the best on that album. I love when Kanye sings because it sounds so raw, but that song doesn't do it for me. However the distortion sound of the second half is amazing. TheJumboBurrito Dude Maggot Brain is incredible. Same with Songs in the Key of Life. It’s hard to choose between the 2 but Too High just puts Innervisions slightly higher, IMO. Both were life changing albums for me, though.
i think ive seen maggot brain three times in this comment section which makes me so happy
Steely Dan are fuckin class
I almost screamed that you put Fleetwood Mac’s album in your top five because that album has no bad hits, only bangers. and I grew up with that album playing in my house as well as Abbey Road. thank you for sharing your favorites!!!

Morgan Ward you really liked clppng that much?
Well keep in mind that list isn't in exact order, but yeah. I honestly see Daveed Diggs as one of the most talented and most versatile emcees of the generation. His solo work is solid as hell, clipping consistently produces some truly interesting experimental hip hop this side of B L A C K I E, and, with no disrespect to Lin Manuel Miranda, I don't know if Hamilton would have turned out the same without Diggs there to help put it together. I mean damn man, name another rap project that's been nominated for a Hugo award for a cypher filled concept album. He's doing big things to further hip hop as a culture and I'm 100% behind him
Andrew Rice
its clipping bitch!
Morgan Ward alright then

I tried, I mean really tried, to enjoy John Mayer, and Frank Ocean, and James Blake, and Radiohead and I just can't do it. No matter which way I listen to it I can't enjoy those albums.
