stumbled across your channel recently for the rs125 content but this is such an underrated build! the Grom boys in America would go crazy for this! cant wait to see the finished project
Thanks and welcome to the channel 😎
Yea I thought it would have been a hit given how bonkers the build is but sadly not.. thankfully I had fun building the HOONIGROM 😅👍
The Groms been at Performance fabrications since September waiting for the custom exhaust to be built, been told it would be done months ago but still waiting 😭 soon as it’s done I’ll get it collected and back on the channel
Glad to see those mounts did the trick, mate! Thanks for the kind words and always happy to help when/where I can. 🙂
It wouldn’t have looked as trick without your skills 😎 I didn’t tag your Instagram in case you got flooded with requests lol! Let me know when you want to cash in the Trophy repair coupon 👍
I bet its going to be really good fun to ride .coming together really well 👍👍
Won’t be long till it’s on the road 😬
That's well minty .
Your a bloody legend 👏
Cheers mate 😎👌
exciting times mate you need to give your self a pat on the back for this project think to say you not done this before its going really well 🙂
Cheers mate 😎 finding some one able to build the custom 2 stroke exhaust is the biggest set back currently.. the to do list seems to keep growing too 😅
@@stoneautomotive oh really im sure they be someone out there that be perfect for the job 🤔 the joys of having a long going project mate 😅
Great job Sir but honestly I think 300cc 2 stroke might be overkill in such a small chassis once it's properly tuned and sorted..Hope im wrong.
I think your 100% correct in what your saying 😅
In all honesty a well sorted 125cc 2 stroke running 25-30bhp would be enough.. but that wasn’t going to pull in peoples interest in the video titles lol
Could you go for a bigger front and rear sprocket to keep the same gear ratio, but clear that pivot point?
I need to work out the real world speeds as I still don’t even know what this gearing will be like 😅 but that is something I’ve looked at, currently I can potentially go up one more tooth on the front which would improve clearance a good chunk on the swing arm but gets very close to the clutch slave cylinder.
I’ll get it out on the road and hopefully 80+ is achievable and then have a look at sprockets again 👍
