I like that Chemist's building. That whole scene looks great. Nice work. Taking down large trees is no easy task. A few years ago I would have loved have some of the wood. I used to make (turn) bowls and vases. Again, nice work on the layout. Cheers - Larry.
Thanks Larry. It's a little gem isn't it. The gum trees - and there are a lot of different species - are mostly only good for firewood. They tend to twist and crack as they dry. Some make excellent structural timber ( very strong ) and others are good to turn.
It's a beauty that's for sure. I think it was a part of a whole series of similar styled buildings that were sold in specialty home decor shops a few years back. I found it while cleaning out a cupboard and thought it might look at home somewhere on the layout. Thanks for watching and commenting.

Being a chemist myself I have to like the building. Hope you are successful in decluttering. Thanks for sharing. Dave
It looks like the chemist shop has the thumbs up all round. The decluttering is progressing and should have my next video uploaded soon. Cheers
The Chemist's building is charming, Jim. I can see why you wanted to place it on the layout.
Yeah Bruce, just couldn't leave it out.
I must admit that is a cool building :) how did you find it? And what Mother-in-law is ever happy lol good work.
