Thank you Kevin. I am called to the vocation of marriage:) I have been blessed with a great mentor @cyprianstudios (he has a great RUclips channel too!) I also cantor the English/traditional Latin Mass at my home parish and have been singing since a very young age. I’m very glad you like the videos and find value from them. May God be Praised🙏
Actually, there is a straightforward rule on syllables accentuation in latin. Just use the paenultima (penultimate) and antepaeneultima (antepenultimate) rules. Easy as ABC
Thank you for the post, John. I discovered your channel by accident and look forward to learning some more about TLM. Your information provided a good reference to what to expect and why.
Good explanation. You should mention that the Asperges is preparing for the mass. Then Mass starts when the Introitus is sung/priest changes into the proper vestments for the liturgical period. (Personally I always use the term Introit never gathering or entrance hymn)
Any advice for finding a vocal coach? I have a mic set up and to do quality audio remotely, so if you can reference anyone I'd appreciate it. I am looking for a vocal coach for a few lessons because I think I have bad technique and have trouble matching a note with my voice consistently.
Thank you for watching! If you got value out of this video and you think someone else would enjoy it, please share it with them.
Great 👍. Thanks but how come you know so much because I have watched almost all your videos. Are you a seminarian?
