Family q I’d try to it around same temp , so try outside burner only on medium and see how temp goes. The family q you can put a water pan in to keep temp lower also . 👍👍

Thanks for the video. Questions.. did you end up using the trivet underneath the tray? I'm guessing there was a typo and that 90 to 120 minutes was the total cook time on low heat rather than high. I guess as long as the internal temp is 60 degrees it won't matter. Looking forward to trying thanks again.
The trivet was underneath as i showed at beginning of video, mine was on High due to being a cold day and with bigger chamber indirect sits around 160c. Let me know how you get on , thanks again for comment and continued support of my channel really appreciated.
