The very interesting thing is in Piston It Away and Spaced Out, Crash has just got shrunk and didn't die at all and even slide up in the air and walk over behind those pipe piston thingamabobs!!! I really love this run! Very impressive!!!
I assume that the glitch at 44:44 only works on Tool Assisted Speedruns? The reason why I say that is because I don't think I've ever seen you use that glitch when doing Standard Speedruns for Crash Bandicoot 2. Shame if it doesn't work, since you only need to save a bit more time in order to achieve your first sub 1:09:00 100% Standard Speedrun for this game.
It's possible in RTA. The problem is that the trick is determined by RNG (the shoes flying up). I use this trick if I deem the run not good enough by my normal standards.

Surely some of those tricks aren't possible without TAS such like obtaining 2nd gem in Cold Hard Crash without falling down.
a lot of hole skips aren't feasible RTA. However, grabbing the 2nd gem in CHC is deceptively easy to get in realtime.
