I believe its one of Rey's evil clones at the last footage, created by the Emperor Palpatine. I think in the past the Resistance kidnapped one of the Rey's clones to raise her as a good clone to battle those evil ones at the end.
1:55 The only scene I enjoyed the most is with the Original Star Destroyer, God knows how much is there, which are lined up on the opposite side of the Rebels (my guess). This is big, I'm telling you. The Empire from the Original Trilogy must have been developing their armies more than ever, in terms of not being known to the Galaxy, while the First Order takes over. This is incredible, I'm definitely going to see it. I am disappointed that they showed Darth Rey at the end, because Avengers 4: Endgame never showed "big" scenes in trailers and Star Wars is entitled to do that with this film. But who knows? Maybe something will turn up and redirect our prediction about this film.

I believe you to be correct on that one, James. That clone scene in TLJ explains this.

Favorite scenes were Rey and Kylo fighting on the remains of the 2nd Death Star..... and the appearance of Original Trilogy Star Destroyers.
I think the end is another dream sequence from Rey’s mind.
