😊Thank you, I really appreciate you taking the time to express that. My advice regarding the technique … ✅ Form, and quality first! ✅ Brace yourself. Tighten your core muscles before starting any movement: gently but firmly tighten your abdominal muscles, drawing your navel in toward the small of your back, and tuck in your tailbone slightly (once you're braced, a push from any direction should not cause you to lose your balance). I sometimes suggest to my clients to imagine that they're pulling in their muscles to zip up a tight pair of jeans. Either way, practice makes perfect. You'll see the best gains if you consistently do core exercises about 3x a week. ✅ Also, feel no pain! Stop if you feel any pain, especially if it's in your lower back. Check your form and try again. If it's too hard, drop down. Do fewer reps or hold for fewer seconds, or try an easier variation of the exercise. ✅ Do only as many reps as you can manage with excellent form. 👉 In case you would like to try a beginner variation, let me recommend this 10 Min Beginner TRX Core Workout from my playlist: ruclips.net/video/6YOZ_RbBspQ/видео.html ... How many hours a day do you train?
I typically train for a maximum of 60 minutes, which includes both warm-up and cool-down. My workout sessions usually range from about 20 to 45 minutes in length, depending on the specific type of workout I'm doing. It's important to find a balance that works for you and allows you to stay consistent and enjoy your training🙂
