- This video shows how to fill your e-logbook entry on the current entry. Comment your doubts below.
All entries from 2021 have to be mandatorily entered in current entry.
All STL have to be entered as P1(US) else Co-Pilot.
All those logging for issue of ATPL select Cross Country day/night (above 100 nm) along with STOL if it was a STOL sector.
All those who already have ATPL can select General/Line Flying.
All those who already have ATPL can log all under Co-Pilot.

Hi. I just wanted to ask- if you have converted a foreign license to Indian CPL through the offline process before eGCA online conversion was launched, will it still be necessary to log all my training hours online if I’m looking at getting an ATPL license issued in India the future?
Yes it will be. It'll help build your hours requirement for ATPL especially the solo flying.

Second option. Entries with respect to Indian ATO.
If one is flying for an airline now, so one has to enter those after every flight. But what about the cpl flying done and one needs atpl issued so should that person fill flying sortie entries for cpl training as well?
Yes everything needs to be filled.

Not really, if you upload the required hours that's good to go.
If I have logged my flying school hours in IST in my logbook, should we do it in UTC in eGCA logbook?
Before 2021 its kinda okay to upload IST, but if you can sit and convert them then might as well do it.

Good day sir, can you also show an example of how to fill entries of training flights from an international FTO.
Just choose the second option on the first page. Foreign FTO, fill in the same way. Any doubts anywhere drop a ping. Departure and Arrival timings are not mandatory.

Which option should I choose to make the entries .
If I select flying under Indian fto , I have to choose CFI approval , who is also not active.
All old entries in previous entries. New entries (from 01/01/2021 onwards) have to be approved by your current flying school.

as a capt, i have flown a ppc with a de. how to log this entry.
Select P1 US and PPC in the entry
If I am not released for line flying just doing my slf, in which section should I fill it.
Also if I take off in day and land in night what should I select day or night how the hours will be differentiated between day and night.
Same section only just select co-pilot, supervised line flying and also cross country.
Select both and write your timings separately in day and night.

Just a follow-up question to the above one - if I am doing line flying (haven't met the atpl eligibility yet) .
I have made my entries through bulk entry , but I have not selected cross country in the exercise (I selected general/line flying for airline flying hours) . Will that be a problem for my atpl application in future !
Yes it will be. You'll not meet your criteria. Kindly edit each entry or if possible ask eGCA to delete all and you can reupload.

Just choose Foreign FTO and same procedure. If not you can email your logbook to planesoverhead[a]hotmail.com and can get it done at nominal costs.

Ask your operator for overlapping entry, someone else would have entered instead of you on the same date or same registration or same Capt etc. If company has no information then write to eGCA.
If my wrong filled log get approved, then what to do ???
Tell your company to send an email to DTL, DGCA. They will get it edited/rejected.

I wanted to update my medical details in egca
It'll not happen from the app, login from web and on left you'll see Medical Records Update.
When I selected update medical records it shows you are not eligible for this service.
Probably you don't have any medical record in the DGCA system.
Multiple Crew like 3 Crew Log Entry Video Plz
Just log like you've logged in your tech log of the aircraft. Split timings with two different captains/co pilots. Two different entries with comment on remarks column that it's a 3 crew operation flight.
How to upload cpl?
It'll not happen on the app. You'll have to log on to the web browser.
