Ferrari used to have a policy that if a young child came into one of their showrooms, they would treat them with absolute respect and even let them sit in a showroom car (or two). The logic behind it, was that they are the Ferrari owners of the future (and it makes commercial sense to hook them on the brand early). Based on that - there is an argument to be made for top marque brands to subsidise the cost of products such as this wheel - for the same reason. Anyhow, that's a great looking wheel (and video - as always).

Seems to be a nice wheel but it probably needs a powerful wheelbase because its so heavy.
The price for that is really good. I mean if you look at the fanatec bmw wheel for 1.5k this is good price.
The weight is not a problem as it is very well balanced but the size definitely needs more power 😁

I think you already said it in the video, but for me, visually, how do you like the 320mm? Isn‘t it too big, especially for Gt3 cars? Or is it good enough if you get used to it? And btw. do you know some German? xD
It feels huge in the first moment particularly driving the F-Core for the previous two days!
I’m used to that size anyway from other round wheels but never had butterfly shaped one and it took me an hour to get used to it!
It dampens a lot the harsh FFB I’m using and I feel like I have to make bigger movements!
As I’ve said, I’m used to this size and it has it own advantages over smaller wheels but it definitely feels different in the beginning!

When i was a kid i cant remember the day but me and my grandad used to go up stsirs and his old radio wirless and listern to a radio show called "journey into space" i think it was called.
I used to look forward to it all week hearing what they were doing this week. Im only 43 so i still had a tv but listening too the radio movies was great and miss it so much

That wheel is controlled with USB cable or Bluetooth receiver on the PC
You can use it to any DD base as long as you can attach it and in this case I just use Moza QR and have it attached to Simagic base but used USB cable to connect the wheel to the PC separately 🤛

Hey buddy, I have the color ms down to 70 percent and set lots of exposure in the ACC settings to be easier for the GoPro when I shoot those onboards !
What are your thoughts on this wheel after having it for a little longer? I’m thinking about getting one but I’m a little concerned about the larger size.
I got used to it in an hour buddy!
Usually 32cm size gives bit smoother inputs and I’m used to that size anyway from other wheels I have around!
If you have that size wheel and feel comfortable then this will be absolutely ok for you !

It wasn’t something complex for sure.
I just got a Cube Control FPro and during sudden changes of direction (with force feedback strengh quite high) , I can notice a slight creak sound in the rear part of the steering wheel where the cube controls universal hub is attached to the wheel. I have a Simucube 2 pro base with Simucube quick release and all the screws are very tight. Did you have this problem on any Cube wheel you have had?
I contacted cube control customer service and said a little creak sound is normal....... but on a 1000+$ wheel full aluminum/carbon???

@@chepilevski When its attached to the base only. I can replicate it just by flexing the wheel with a little force (with the wheel attached to the base) wisting hands in opposite directions, one pulling and one pushing. Its a very light creak sound but noticeable coming from the back, where the cube controls universal main hub is attached to the wheel. The problem is i dont know if that is a normal beheavior or not, maybe a Little creak is normal....I could expect this on a 150$ plastic wheel, but on a 1000$+ thats built with carbon and aluminum......... 🤔
It runs off a battery? Not that it’s in my price point, but if I did have money, that would be a deal breaker. Great vid btw 👍🏼
It is also possible to use it with the cable but yes , battery life with all lights on will keep for a day! But if the magnetic cable is close , can be easily attached magnetically while driving and will run while charging!

Hey buddy, what cars you drive mostly and what wheel base and wheel size you used before?
The AMG is 320mm and it feels huge if you come from smaller size!
I use the AMG for entire championship in GT4 class and loved it but the F-Core can be also great for those class cars and if you drive LMPs or open wheel cars will be better choice in my opinion!
Other then that, the AMG is better wheel but the F-Core is also great for the money

I come from an fanatec Csl Elite with the formula v2.5 wheel so its a small and very twitchy wheel for my taste and i did not like it so much.

@@allffrommars6019you must of never tried high end gear because your talking about fanatec and not the BMW wheel 😅. Fanatec are toys in comparison too cube controls I've owned many of their wheels and still own 2 now but my cousin has the Fanatec 2.5x and its a pile of crap and feels like a toy.
Maybe try a quality wheel and you will see the price of this wheel is "extremely" competitive by a long mile its also an officially sponsored AMG product fanatec are toys except for the BMW and many think as I do the only people I've found who don't think this own them and have never felt a quality wheel. 🙏

Is this too big for GT3 SIM racing???
Well, if you are used to small size wheels may feel big at the beginning but all sizes have advantages and disadvantages! With this you can be more precise in the small corrections but slow on opposite lock movements.
For me is hard to tell how you personally going to feel with it as I’m very used to all sizes!
