S5 Ep 4 Motorhoming up Spain from Costa del sol Nerja, Almerimar and Aguilas

The park up at Antequera was quite special with the view overlooking the city but it was soon time to hit the road again in the motorhome and head to the coast on the Costa Del Sol.
Our first stop, and probably one of our favourite places to go, was Nerja. We had a special time spent with family and friends. Saw a bull pulling a cart on the beach and met some of our subscribers which was lovely.

From here we did a short hop up the coast to Almerimar where we have stayed before. This time, however, the weather was calmer and we had a great night sleep.

After our one night stop at Almerimar on the marina wall we once again took to the road and headed up to Aguilas. Again we have been here before but chose to stay at Camperpark Dumo on the opposite side of the bay. It had a lovely pool which was needed as the temperature was climbing.
We walked into Aguilas for a look at the headland on the opposite side to the castle. The pathway was really good (both walking and cycling paths) which ran alongside the road.
But as is always the case when motorhoming in the Schengen regions in Europe the 90 days was ticking down and so in no time at all we were once again back on the road.
Next week we carry on up the Costa coast of Spain to Javea and then on to a real gem of a place Albarracin.

I used to have a house in Nerja . The motorised paraglider used to land in a property near mine. Love Nerja but a divorce got in the way.
