In the Bible people didn’t write Yod Hey Vav Hey, synonyms, the four letters or write the tetragrammaton, instead they boldly and purposely replaced and substituted it with the title lord. Then made an excuse that it’s so sacred that people shouldn’t say it, yet Yah tells us otherwise, He tells us to use, say and call upon His name. Replacing The Heavenly Father’s name with lord is adding and taking away from Scripture which we are not to do. Names are very important. The Father’s name is very important. Though people may have different pronunciations is another topic, but someone shouldn’t promote or continues to follow man’s traditions by replacing His name when they’ve been given revelation of His name.
Proverbs 18:10 doesn’t say the name of lord (a title). It says The Name (not title) of the Yahuah is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe.
2 Chronicles 7:14 If my people, which are called by my Name (not title), shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
Malachi 3:16: This verse says, "May people know that you, whose name is Yahuah, you alone are the Most High over all the earth".
A name is not a title.
Carrying forth His reputation, essence and character is in His name and is His name.

Thank you for sharing your perspective-I truly appreciate the thought and passion behind your comment. The principle of freely giving is such an important part of Scripture, and it’s something I take very seriously. That’s why so much of the content I create, like my videos, is shared freely to help others grow in their understanding of God’s Word.
For materials like my books, it’s important to note that there are costs involved in creating, printing, and distributing them-costs that I don’t control. I wish I could make printed material free, but the reality is that it requires resources to produce. The purpose of offering these books is to provide an in-depth resource for those who want to study further and grow deeper in their understanding. If you knew how much I get back from the price of the book I think you’d be drastically underwhelmed. Did you know that 30-50% of the book cost goes to the distributor and then another 30% goes to the printer? 🤷🏾‍♂️
That said, I regularly offer free resources, because I firmly believe that the truth of God’s Word should be accessible to everyone. Thank you again for engaging with this discussion-it’s comments like yours that help me reflect and stay accountable. If you have any specific questions or topics you’d like to explore, please let me know!

I’m not telling anyone they can’t use one pronunciation over another. I’m simply pointing out that there are many ways to pronounce His name, and we shouldn’t insist that the way we say it is the only ‘right’ one while dismissing all others-especially when the chosen pronunciation is a reimagined expression created within the last 155 years.

@@gclmediaHello sir, while I appreciate your search and sharing of the true name of the Father, I do disagree that we can choose to pronounce it however we want. I used to call His name Yahweh but through searching the scriptures, praying, and fasting, the Father has made His true name known to me. The Father shows many times His character and nature in the Scriptures and He is perfect. He is very detail oriented and precise, and when He makes things they are perfect. When He showed Masha (Moses) the tabernacle in the Shamayim (what they call heavens) to make a copy of, he told Him numerous times to make sure he did it EXACTLY as it was shown to him. He didn’t want the smallest thing changed even slightly. And that was a temporary earthly dwelling in which His presence was to reside, so how much more do you think He cares about His name, which is Qadash (what they call holy) above all things and remains forever? People will say it’s about what’s in their heart that matters, and while that is true to an extent as long as they’re seeking to know the truth, the truth itself is very important. Yahuah is looking for those who worship Him in spirit and in TRUTH. 99% truth isn’t truth; truth must be 100% accurate. Like for me for example, my name is Omar. If someone called me Amar, though it was close and sounded similar, it isn’t my name and I would correct him/her. If me, being a mere human would do so, how much more would Yahuah Alahym (what they call God) who is worthy to be called properly by His name care about His name? Search the Scriptures and you will see how zealous He is for His name and how He desired to make it known. It was extremely important to Him, so do you think He was that zealous for it just to have people call Him a name that has some resemblance but isn’t His name? Of course not! May Yahuah continue to lead you into all truth, and righteousness, and Qadasha (what they call holiness) for His name’s sake! Shalum! :)

You people are ridiculous arguing about such a trivial thing as God's name...man can't even form the sound that is God's name... furthermore, when the disciples asked Jesus how to pray, Jesus said our Father who are in heaven hallowed be thy name... Jesus never said you'd better write this down boys, it's God's sacred name & if you can't say it right you're damned...I get so sick of self righteous egomaniacs that insist on pretending to know more than anyone else...you make yourselves look like idiots & it really destroys your credibility as a supposed Christian... Youre very good at explaining things. Have you thought about using visuals in your videos, maybe pictures or pop up words around you as you speak? I think it could help give a good visual in supplement to the points your talking about. Cuz in Genesis chapter 10 you'll see that the tribe of ashkenaz is of the lineage of Japheth, not Shem. These people that call themselves Jews but are not Jews but of the synagogue of Satan, the Ashkenazi Zionist Jews, who gave us a language they call Hebrew but is nothing but the Yiddish, when you go all the way back through the Yiddish language it takes you back to Aramaic, not Hebrew. Thank you for sharing your perspective. I understand how deeply this topic resonates for many, and I appreciate the opportunity to clarify. My goal is not to add confusion but to encourage deeper study and reflection on God’s name, its meaning, and its significance in Scripture.
The term “shem,” as used in Hebrew, does not refer to a specific pronunciation but rather encompasses the essence, reputation, and authority of a name. In the context of YHWH, “shem” points to the fullness of God’s character and being, which transcends any single human language or pronunciation. While I respect the conviction many have about specific renderings like “Yahuah,” it’s important to note that Scripture doesn’t provide a definitive pronunciation of YHWH. What it does emphasize is faith, heeding to, and the acknowledgment of God’s sovereignty.
In Romans 10:9-10, we see that salvation is tied to confessing Jesus as Lord and believing in our hearts that God raised Him from the dead. This shows that our relationship with God is about more than just vocalizing His name-it’s about a heart posture of faith and trust in Him.
I encourage you to continue studying and seeking truth in Scripture. Conversations like these are valuable because they push us all to think more deeply about our relationship with God. Thank you for engaging, and I pray this discussion helps bring clarity and encouragement as we explore these profound topics together.

Blessings! Thank you so much! All too often people forget that God is not human. He doesn't think like us. He is omniscient!!! It’s so important that we remember with intent and purpose that God is not human and does not think like us. His understanding transcends language, dialect, and even our limited ways of expression. God knows exactly who or what we are calling out to-He searches the heart and discerns whether our cries are directed toward Him or toward a false god of our own making. His omniscience ensures that He sees beyond words and into the sincerity of our intentions. Let’s take comfort in knowing that His knowledge and love surpass all human limitations!

Hath not my hand made all these things? Ye stiffnecked and uncircumcised in heart and ears, ye do always resist the Holy Ghost: as your fathers did, so do ye. Which of the prophets have not your fathers persecuted? and they have slain them which shewed before of the coming of the Just One; of whom ye have been now the betrayers and murderers: who have received the law by the disposition of angels, and have not kept it.”

    • @gclmedia
      @gclmedia  5 дней назад +1

Thank you so much for your thoughtful comment and encouragement! You’re absolutely right-God’s name represents His ultimate authority and power. When Scripture says He has a name above every name, it’s a powerful reminder that His authority surpasses all, not just on earth but in all creation.
You also brought up another intriguing question in another comment: Why does Revelation 19:12 mention that Jesus has a name no one knew? In my book, ‘The Name Above All Names,’ I explore this more exhaustively. It’s a fascinating study that requires paying close attention to the text. God giving Jesus a name above every name is telling us that the name “Jesus” (or even Yehoshua or Yeshua is not that name-it’s referring to a name or authority granted by God that’s ”uniquely” His. In fact, at least five other people in the Bible are named Jesus, so this goes deeper than the name itself. Revelation 19:12-16 reemphasizes this idea, revealing a name that remains mysterious. Shem doesn't mean name as we understand names...
We often forget that Paul, the writer of Philippians, had a similar John-like experience described in 2 Corinthians 12, where he was caught up to the third heaven and heard inexpressible things. These connections give us a fuller picture of God’s authority and mystery, working through Jesus in ways that surpass our full comprehension.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts, and I truly appreciate your blessing. May His grace continue to be with you, and may we both grow in understanding and awe of His name and authority. God bless you, my brother!

Thank you for your thoughtful question! Believe it or not, most pastors don’t know the historical or linguistic details about the pronunciation of God’s name, and that’s okay-it’s not typically a focus of their training or ministry. In fact, it’s not really the pastor’s role to teach the correct pronunciation of God’s name. Their primary calling, as shepherds, is to “feed the sheep” by teaching, guiding, and nurturing their congregation in the Word of God and in their relationship with Him.
Many pastors rely on denominational beliefs, without diving into the linguistic nuances. Their focus is often on conveying God’s character, His covenant relationship with His people, and His work in our lives, rather than emphasizing the specifics of His name.
That said, understanding the history and meaning of God’s name can enrich our study of Scripture, and it’s great that you’re interested in exploring this topic further! Thank you for raising such an insightful question, and I encourage you to keep seeking and growing in your faith. Blessings to you!

Nice information to hear, I always had that uncomfortable feeling concerning about the name Yahuah because it just popped out of no where.

    • @gclmedia
      @gclmedia  21 час назад

Thank you for your thoughtful comment! I completely understand that feeling. The name “Yahuah” has gained popularity relatively recently, particularly in the 20th century. While it’s presented as a restoration of God’s original name, it’s important to note that this specific form doesn’t appear in ancient Hebrew manuscripts or early translations.
Your discernment is key here. It’s always good to approach these things with caution and a desire for truth. The history and pronunciation of God’s name are deeply nuanced, and it’s okay to question and seek clarity. What’s most important is understanding the meaning and reverence behind His name, which reflects His eternal, self-sustaining nature and His covenant relationship with us.

so inspiring the info you are sharing thank you for your content .

    • @gclmedia
      @gclmedia  2 дня назад

Thank you so much for your thoughtful comment! The connection between “Lord” and “Ba’al” is indeed fascinating and highlights the importance of context in understanding biblical language. In Hosea 2:16 (KJV), God says, “And it shall be at that day, saith the Lord, that thou shalt call me Ishi; and shalt call me no more Baali.” This verse reveals God’s desire for His people to relate to Him not as Ba’al (lord), a title that often conveys fear and apprehension, but as Ishi (my husband), emphasizing a loving and intimate relationship.
Interestingly, Ba’al and Baali are linguistically the same word, but their contextual use matters greatly. God no longer wanted to be called Baali, even though it could mean “my lord,” because the term had become associated with idolatry and false gods. Instead, God sought a relationship based on love and covenant, not one rooted in fear. This is a beautiful illustration of God’s relational nature and His desire to be known intimately, not distantly.
It’s also important to distinguish Ba’al from Adonai, another title meaning “Lord” in Scripture. While Ba’al often connotes false worship and idolatry, Adonai is a sacred title used exclusively for the true God, reflecting His sovereignty and covenant faithfulness.
I’m so glad this content has inspired you to study further! The depth of Scripture is incredible, and understanding the nuances of God’s name and titles helps us grow in our relationship with Him. Thank you for engaging with the video and for your kind words. I believe His name is Yahusha in Hebrew. But let not your brain be twisted, you can’t go wrong with what is written. Why do I call Him Jesus, cause it is written.
Does He know He is called Jesus? Of course, He has allowed it to be so in the English speaking language. Go with what is written. When standing before Him and He ask you why you called Him a name other Jesus, what will be your answer?
If He ask you why you called Him Jesus,
Answer; because it is written in scripture!

Let's do our research please....the name "Jesus" in not in our 1611 Bible...so where did it come from....it's a pagan rendition of the name of the Roman God Zeus...hail Zeus....Je..zeus!!

    • @priormission389
      @priormission389 4 дня назад

@ , My point is this. Please consider. The Most High is in control of all things, including everything! Not limited by anything.
What is written in scriptures. Every jot., everything!
The challenge for us as believers is to believe it. I’ve heard the whole Zeus argument, along with the 1611 Bible argument, along with the name Jesus means earth pig argument.
And after all the arguments the name that is in scripture is Jesus.
I believe His name is Yahusha in Hebrew.
I believe He is referred to as Jesus in English.
Some have said His name is Yahawahshi, Yeshua, Yahushua, Yahshiyah, Yahoshua etc…..
The question is according to the current Bible what name is given?
Keep in mind, our Creator can use whatever name He chooses to use.
I don’t want to stand before Him and explain why I said the name Jesus means hail Zeus, only to have Him, ask me to show Him in the scriptures inspired by Him, where it says the name Jesus means hail to Zeus.
Knowledge is a beautiful thing, but wisdom , grace and humility will help us avoid humiliation.
Go with that is written and you won’t go wrong!
      Isaiah 26:4 KJV
Trust ye in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength:
      Isaiah 26:4 NKJV
Trust in the LORD forever, For in YAH, the LORD, is everlasting strength.
From the KJV to the NKJV we see a change. Who do you attribute this change to? Man?
Lean not to your own understanding. He brings about the change in His Time, concerning everything!
      Romans 10:17 KJV
So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Your faith His name means hail Zeus, came from you hearing His name means hail Zeus.
      Matthew 12:36-37 KJV
But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. [37] For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.
This comes from the same book that refers to HaMashiah as Jesus the Christ. Be careful.
      Job 38:2 KJV
Who is this that darkeneth counsel by words without knowledge?

The purpose of this content wasn’t just to promote my book, The Name Above All Names, but to explore the rich and nuanced history behind God’s name. The mention of my book, The Name Above All Names, is intended as a resource for those who want to dive even deeper into these topics-it’s not the main focus of the video but rather an additional tool for those seeking more exhaustive study.
His name goes beyond pronunciation-it represents His authority, essence, and eternal presence. The Bible reveals this mystery, calling us to understand His character rather than focus solely on how it’s spoken.

I encourage you to seek the Most High concerning confirmation of His name. I would also like to share my quick testimony below (it will say “Testimony”). All esteem to Yahuah.
Yahuah is not a modern name.
The sacred name movement is a way to pose a stumbling block and keep people bound in error. There are many scriptures that let us know to proclaim His Wonderful name!
Also the books labeled as apocryphal should not be labeled as such. They are scripture, books that the very people we read bout had access to (ex. the book of Yashar/Jasher and Enoch is mentioned in scripture). I’m no longer giving any power to men (who are not in covenant with Yahuah) the power to control what is now considered “canon”. In my ignorance I did such, but Yahuah is opening my eyes.
“Testimony”: He confirmed to me the name of his ban (son) is Yahusha. This was a concern for me since I was hearing people use different names (Yahushua, Yeshua, Yahwashi … etc.). The facts only confirm what Yahuah showed me. To me the facts are the icing on the cake since it confirms what He has spoken.
The name of the ban has the Father’s name in it. There is no possible way that it is Yahweh because Yahusha and Yahuah both have the (Yad + Hay + Waw … which equals Yahu)as the first 3 letters. It’s important to remember that modern Hebrew was not spoken by Yahusha and those before him. In fact, I believe modern Hebrew is a corruption of the original language which I also believe was the first language that once was spoken before the scattering mentioned in Gen. 11:1-9 (key verses are 1 & 9).
    Yahusha said:
“I am come in my Father's name, and you receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him you will receive.”
John (not his real name) 5:43
This is why I am standing on 1 John 2:27. Many self proclaimed teachers are leading people astray. (Ex. Your words at the 7:00 mark). Your or my opinion does not matter, it’s about His Word … His Truth, that’s what matters.
I also encourage you to repent and turn to Yahuah and step down from being a false teacher, be in covenant with Yahuah through Yahusha as a regrafted home-born olive tree (since that is your true heritage and bloodline identity), be sound in your understanding, seasoned … and IF approved by Yahuah and your behavior is confirmed as upright by Qadash unbiased (not partial) men (witnesses) (1 Tim 3:7) in The Way, shepherd. You must be a follower and walk with Mashyach Yahusha, not JC who is a false representation of the Mashyach (it’s more than a name topic).
You don’t have to be a pastor to be effective. Anyone who chooses and does the will of the Father are effective. Men who proclaimed and shared the basorah (pleasing news!) did not have it easy, were not always received, and were even killed although they will not be put to shame (Psalms 25:3, Romans 10:11). I myself have had to humble myself and still am since departing from the religion of C-anity. The title “G*d” is the name of an idol. The Hebrew word is Aluah. I also saw that you are selling merchandise that includes false names (ex. J*sus) which his name IS linked to idols and IS NOT Hebrew (which I think correct pronunciation is Abaray if I’m not mistaken. If I am, I will stand corrected). The men in scripture who were of the seed of Ya’aqab had purposeful names. We see that in the Hebrew culture even when you look at the names of the prophets. The name JC had no Hebrew linkage but is a gentile tongue name. You must be sure since you are providing a resource to people. You must be sure for yourself first. You must be in covenant with Yahuah through His ban Yahusha who is the true Mashyach.
The name “L*rd” means “Baal” which goes against Exodus 23:13 which is a commandment. I use asterisks for the sake of this conversation.
    This video is wrong.

Blessings, and thank you so much! There is a significant difference between Adonai (Lord) and Baal (Lord), and it highlights the incredible nuance of Hebrew. While both are often translated as “Lord” in English, they are completely different words in Hebrew, carrying distinct meanings and connotations. This is a reminder of the depth and precision in the original language, which can sometimes be lost in translation. Understanding these differences can greatly enrich our study of Scripture!

Thank you for your comment and for sharing your thoughts! I truly appreciate your passion for understanding the depth and history behind the name of God. The role of the Masoretes is indeed a fascinating and important part of the discussion. They were responsible for preserving the Hebrew Scriptures by adding the vowel points and other annotations to the text between the 6th and 10th centuries AD, which has profoundly shaped how we understand biblical Hebrew today.
However, it’s also important to note that their work aimed to safeguard the pronunciation and meaning of the Scriptures as they were passed down. While some believe this introduced changes to the original pronunciation of God’s name, others see their efforts as vital in preserving the text for future generations. The nuanced history of how God’s name has been understood and represented is vast, and there’s always more to explore.
If you have specific insights or sources about the Masoretes that you’d like to share, I’d love to hear them! Thank you for engaging so thoughtfully-these conversations are how we all grow in understanding. Blessings to you!

    Zephaniah 3:8-9
Until he calls us back, The Most High, Holy One of Israel are good. But where does it say hebrew was a language? In scripture.

    • @bbl5499
      @bbl5499 2 дня назад

People spoke both in ancient times. Not surprising, since these languages bear the name of their ancestors, in the lineage of Shem. His sons Aram, and Aphaxad, the later is the father of Eber from which Hebrew derived.
Though the original language was confused, living close, trading and intermixing should have make it easy for them to learn both.
An instance of this you can read in 2 Chronicles 32/2 Kings 18 where it's shown that in high circles people were fluent in both.
The book ofJubilees actually trace the original language, and it's called Hebrew. It might sound a bit confusing but it says the original language was preserved through Eber in Shem's lineage and taught to Abraham, so we come to know it through Eber, certainly not the original name of the language, that we could ask the person of authorithy when we meet them in the times apointed 😊

Blessings and thank you for adding to the conversation! Zephaniah 3:8-9 is indeed a powerful passage that speaks to God’s plan of restoration, promising a “pure language” so that His people may call upon Him with one accord. This pure language is likely symbolic of a return to the unity humanity experienced before the Tower of Babel, where a single language was spoken among all people (Genesis 11:1-9). The confusion of languages at Babel was a direct result of their action, and Zephaniah’s prophecy hints at God reversing that division to bring unity in worship and understanding.
We also see a glimpse of this pure language on the day of Pentecost (Acts 2:1-11), when the Holy Spirit enabled the disciples to speak in tongues that were understood by people from diverse nations. This event symbolized the restoration of unity among God’s people and their ability to glorify Him despite linguistic differences.
As for Hebrew being specifically mentioned as a language in Scripture, the Bible doesn’t explicitly name “Hebrew” in the way we define languages today. However, we understand from context and historical evidence that the Israelites spoke and wrote in what we now call Hebrew. For example, Abram is called a Hebrew in Genesis 14:13, and the Old Testament was primarily written in ancient Hebrew. In the New Testament, “Hebrew” is mentioned in John 19:20, referring to the inscription on the cross written in Hebrew, Greek, and Latin, though this may have been the Aramaic dialect spoken by the Jewish people of the time.
The idea of a pure language represents not just the restoration of speech but the unification of worship and a return to God’s original design for humanity. It’s a fascinating study, and I encourage you to keep digging into these rich themes. Thank you again for engaging with this discussion!

The name of the true God Given in exodus 3:15 'Yahweh' was derived from Igbo consonants (YHWH) is pronounced as (Ya Iho wu ihe) meaning (God the Divine light that enlightens) any other translations means nothing. The word 'Lord' was derived from Igbo consonants 'l r d' pronounced as olu orie e du, meaning 'the voice of Almighty God that guides.
The bible was originally written in Igbo language. The word 'Aramaya or Aramaic was derived from 'r m Y' Igbo consonants language: pronounced as 'ire ama Ya' meaning 'the language of the church of God'. The word 'Hebrew' was derived from 'h b r w' is Igbo language: Pronounced as 'oha e bu uru uwa' meaning 'people who bear the wickedness of the world'. The word 'Greek' was derived from the Igbo consonants 'g r k' pronounced as ' OgO ri ike ' meaning district of strong people. The word 'Latin' was derived from Igbo consonants ' l t n' pronounced as 'Olu Otu ana'. meaning language of united people', All these languages are all Igbo languages written in Igbo consonants but was vowelized. The Bible was written in original Igbo Language which is the language of the Almighty God 'Yahweh' derived from letters ' YHWH' pronounced as 'Ya iho wu ihe' meaning God the Divine Light that enlightens. Ancient Igbo Jews wrote the bible in Today's Igbo land in southeast Nigeria.

I stick with Yahweh because #1 Psalms 150:6. You dont breathe Yah-u-ah. Its 3 syllables. YAH - WEH. Inhale and exhale is the breath of life. #2) the esoteric revealations of the purpose came thru Dr. HC Kinley and he preached Yahweh Elohim and Yahshua.
You guys can approach it from a historical scholary perspective - cool, but the power is from the spiritual revealations that can't be refuted, according to the tabernacle pattern.

The reverence tradition was wrong as regards to pronouncing of God's name...
Truly, God is not human, however His name means "He (God) Causes To Become"... Whether you prefer to use JEHOVAH OR YAHWEH.
Your quote about the Apostle Paul in Athens was right, he was trying to establish a common ground for preaching to them as at that point in time...
I am a Yoruba neutralized German person and we call God's name to in Yoruba JEHOFAH.
Everyone within the Yoruba people has a name and the names have meanings, how much less the NAME OF THE CREATOR....
Just thing about Yeshua - Salvation belongs to Jehovah, Jehoshaphat
    (Je·hoshʹa·phat) [Jehovah Is Judge].
    1. Son of Ahilud serving as recorder during the reigns of David and Solomon.-2Sa 8:16; 20:24; 1Ki 4:3; 1Ch 18:15.
    2.Jehoshua
    (Je·hoshʹu·a) [Jehovah Is Salvation].
Son of Nun; an Ephraimite who succeeded Moses and led the Israelites into the Promised Land. His original name was Hoshea, but Moses called him Jehoshua, or Joshua (a short form of Jehoshua).-Nu 13:8, 16; De 34:9; Jos 1:1, 2; see JOSHUA No. 1.
    3. Jehu
    (Jeʹhu) [possibly, Jehovah Is He].
A Benjamite of the city of Anathoth who came as a volunteer to serve with David. David was then at Ziklag as a refugee from King Saul. Jehu was among the mighty men “armed with the bow, using the right hand and using the left hand with stones or with arrows in the bow.”-1Ch 12:1-3.
    4. Jehoiakim
    (Je·hoiʹa·kim) [possibly, Jehovah Raises Up].
One of the last Judean kings, son of Josiah by Zebidah, and originally called Eliakim. (2Ki 23:34, 36; 1Ch 3:15) Jehoiakim’s bad rule of about 11 years (628-618 B.C.E.) was marked by injustices, oppression, and murder. (2Ch 36:5; Jer 22:17; 52:2) Also, during his reign Judah experienced much harassment from Chaldean, Syrian, Moabite, and Ammonite marauder bands.-2Ki 24:2.
There is a pattern of pronunciation here and meanings to the name of the MOST HIGH GOD...
    Please don't water this down.....
    Thank you!

I think one would have to look into tetragrammaton Hebrew that was given to Moshe/Moses. It was spoken and used throughout the First Temple Period along with Paleo Hebrew (script). This can be confirmed by the Dead Sea Scrolls where Leviticus was found in both languages/Styles. The Hebrew that most see and used today (Aramaic/boxed) the Israelites brought back from their Assyrian/Babylon captivity (Rabbinical Hebrew). This is also one of the reasons why men (post First Temple) were sent to Torah school, if they could afford it also. So we have tetragrammaton -> Paleo -> Aramaic writing styles.

We don’t say Yahadweh(Judah) it is Yahudah(Judah). The Abary(Hebrew) are the exact characters except the Dalet(D). This isn’t difficult when we remove the Dalet doesn’t magically make a weh ending. There is no Vav in Abary either. The scholarship around the language comes from the same people who celebrate the day of Tammuz which is against scripture. This is such a bad explanation He has always been known by His Name. Scripture explicitly tells us how to revere His Name by proclaiming His Name. In Shamuth 6 where you referred to saying Abraham etc didn’t know His Name is blasphemy. All the patriarchs knew His Name and scripture reveals that. That verse was a question to Mashah(Moses) saying “was I not known to them? This promotes a false teaching of progressive revelation which is false.

This is inaccurate Based on the ancient Paleo Hebrew letters & Characters A..Ba..Ga..Da..Wa.
But modern Hebrew/Yiddish characters sounds are Alep Bet Gimmel & Dalet.
You get sounds and words like Yahweh/Yahuah, shem, and Elohim.
These sounds also have it's earliest influence from the Canaanite language and dialect E & U.
    But ancient sounds are as follows..I am(I exist) Hayah Yahwah(Yahawah) Alahayam:God(P) Al:God(S)
    Name: Sham.
The LORD is a superscript(prescription) representative of the fathers name. While Lord is representative of the word:(Ha Dabar) or son's name.
He likely got his information from Jewish leaders or scholars but it's only partially true.

I started to read a book written by a Jewish man who speaks Hebrew and his explanation of YHWH/YHVH means IS, which Hebrew doesn't have a word for and the closest they have is EXIST. I might not have that verbatim, but the gist of the meaning is God IS. He IS all things. He created all things. God IS.
I'm very much looking forward to studying your book The Name Above All Names.

Thank you so much for sharing that insight! The idea of YHWH as "IS" or "EXIST" is such a powerful concept-it beautifully captures God’s timeless, self-sustaining nature. In Hebrew, there’s such depth in even the simplest expressions, and YHWH indeed points to God as the eternal "I AM"-the One who simply "IS", beyond time, space, or human comprehension.
I’m really glad to hear you’re going to be diving into 'The Name Above All Names'. I explore similar themes and go deeper into how God’s name reveals His essence, character, and relationship with us. I think you’ll find that understanding YHWH as "IS" adds a whole new layer to seeing God not only as the Creator but as the very source of existence itself. Thank you again for your interest and thoughtful comment-excited to hear what stands out to you in the book!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful comment! I’m glad you found the video insightful. Your question about addressing God as “Our Father” is so important-it’s truly one of the most beautiful revelations Jesus gave us. When He teaches us to pray, calling God “Our Father,” it reflects that profound shift in our relationship with God: through Jesus, we’re no longer distant followers but sons, able to approach Him with the closeness of calling Him “Abba, Father.” It’s an amazing expression of intimacy and trust that was less accessible before Jesus’ ministry.
As for translations that still use YHWH, I know that you’ll find God’s name represented in versions like the American Standard Version (ASV) and the New World Translation both as Jehovah, while in the Jerusalem Bible it is Yahweh. Each translation has a different approach, but they’re helpful for exploring how “YHWH” is represented in Scripture.
And it’s great to hear you’re sharing this with your Jehovah’s Witness friends! My fiance was born and raise Jehovah's Witness. Conversations like these open the door for understanding more about our faith and about God’s character. If you’d like to go deeper, my book 'The Name Above All Names' dives into the meaning of “YHWH” and the relationship we have with God, as Jesus taught us. Thank you again for watching and for the engaging questions!

@@gclmedia I will definitely try to get the Jehovah's Witnesses to watch this video but I find it highly unlikely since it is not Watchtower approved. The Jehovah's Witnesses seem to be very skeptical and overly critical of any translation that is not NWT because of this very issue. I understand their concern that we should not tamper with the Word of God. But, it was in reverence to the Holy Name YHWH (so a jew wouldn't speak it while reading the scriptures) not a cover up. The LORD was a reminder of the Holy Name, YHWH. But, I do sympathize with their point we should not be tampering with the Word of God. However, one could easily say that the Jehovah's Witnesses tampered with YHWH by using the vowels from Adonai to get Jehovah, right? I do not know if the Jehovah's Witnesses are aware of this. So it seems both groups are guilty. I use the RSVCE edition and it does bother me that the translation has translated the sacred text to LORD in the OT. One last thing that is interesting is that whenever the NT quotes from the OT such as in Romans 10:13 it translates it as LORD and never YHWH or Jehovah. So It seems St. John knew what he was doing being that he was inspired by the Holy Spirit when he wrote the Gospel of John. I guess I just need to order your book because this topic is fascinating.

Thank you for sharing this powerful verse! Jesus' words here in John 6:53 go right to the heart of what it means to have a deep, sustaining relationship with Him. When He talks about “eating His flesh” and “drinking His blood,” He’s inviting us into an intimate, life-giving connection-a commitment that goes beyond simply knowing about Him to actually being nourished by His life and sacrifice.
Jesus' words have sparked so much reflection and discussion over the centuries because it challenges us to think about our faith as something truly transformative. It’s not just about external rituals but about letting His life fill every part of who we are. If this resonates with you, I’d love to hear your thoughts on how you see this impacting our daily lives and faith journey. Thanks again for engaging with the content so deeply!

Addonai is NOT Hebrew, but Yiddish. Those people living in Israel are not Jews but Khazarian, the Roma people, also known as the Gypies. They speak Yiddish. They don't know Hebrew at all.

    • @gclmedia
      @gclmedia  День назад

Thank you for your comment. This is a thought-provoking topic, and I’d like to address some of the points you raised.
First, Adonai is indeed a Hebrew word, not Yiddish. It is used throughout the Hebrew Bible as a reverent way to address God, meaning “Lord” or “Master.” Its usage predates the development of Yiddish by thousands of years. Yiddish, which emerged in medieval Europe, is a distinct language that blends Germanic, Slavic, and Hebrew elements, but it should not be confused with biblical Hebrew.
As for the identity of modern Jewish people, it’s important to approach this topic with historical context. The Khazarian hypothesis, which suggests that Ashkenazi Jews are primarily descendants of the Khazar Empire, is highly debated and lacks definitive evidence. Genetic studies have shown that modern Jewish populations, including Ashkenazi Jews, have strong genetic ties to the Middle East, supporting their historical connection to the land of Israel.
It’s always valuable to critically examine historical and linguistic claims, but it’s equally important to rely on evidence and engage in these discussions with respect and care. If you’d like to explore these topics further, I’d be happy to continue the conversation. Thank you for sharing your thoughts!

@gclmedia I could only understand what you are saying if you knew the Hebrew Language, but as it is you are completely clueless. I wonder what makes you think what you are saying has some truth to it.
What you call Hebrew is actually Yiddish. Yiddish and Hebrew are totally different languages from each other altogether, one is African, while the other is a European.
I know for a fact that my people in America have been deceived by the Khazarians down in Israel who claim that the language they speak is the Hebrew language. It is NOT my dear.
We do NOT have Addonai in our vocabulary my brother. HEBREW IS MY LANGUAGE. IT IS AN AFRICAN LANGUAGE AND NOT EUROPEAN AT ALL.
      Do you understand me clearly?
My brother those people living in Israel today are Roma People, the Gypies. They have No blood connection whatsoever with the Holy Land. They don't even know the Hebrew Language at all. If you happen talk to some who are honest they will tell you what I am saying right now. That is the truth. They speak Yiddish only and NOT Hebrew because they do not know the Hebrew Language which is African.

False, the word “God” is not German in origin; it shares linguistic roots with German, where the word for God is “Gott,” but the word itself is not exclusively German. Instead, it’s part of a broader linguistic family of terms used to a supreme deity or divine being. The concept of “God” in English, however, has been shaped primarily by Christian theology and the translation of biblical texts.

Ezekiel 39:7 And my holy name will I make known in the midst of my people Israel; neither will I suffer my holy name to be profaned any more: and the nations shall know that I am Jehovah, the Holy One in Israel.
God does want His name known and it is wrong to add or subtract from the Bible and to hide His name. There are so many verses where His name is mentioned and is to be exalted but we replace it with a generic title. It is wrong to do so.

    • @gclmedia
      @gclmedia  19 часов назад +1

Thank you for your thoughtful comment and for sharing Ezekiel 39:7-such a powerful verse! You’re absolutely right that God desires His name to be known and glorified among His people and the nations. His name represents His character, authority, and covenant relationship with His people, and there’s incredible significance in the way Scripture emphasizes His holy name.
The practice of replacing God’s name with titles like LORD or Jehovah stems from a long history of translation and tradition. Out of reverence, early Jewish traditions substituted Adonai (Lord) for YHWH to avoid misusing His holy name. Later, translations like the King James Version continued this practice, often using LORD in all caps. While these choices were made to honor God’s name, they’ve also obscured its personal and covenantal nature.
You’re raising an important point about the balance between reverence and accuracy in how we handle God’s Word. Exalting His name as Scripture commands requires us to reflect not only on the words we use but also on the heart posture with which we approach Him. Thank you for highlighting this-it’s a call to deeper understanding and reverence. Blessings to you!

Man WHEN will there be agreement 😢, we are truly a disgraced and pathetic people, it says to hallow His name, who is the author of confusion, we really can’t say what our ancestors knew as His name I doubt they did not know His name, we got to get it together and cry out to the Holy Spirit and Not rely on one person view or research, Father YHWH is an excellent approach to worship, well?

I call Him Jesus because the Bible says he would have a new name and those who believe would speak with new tongues. Greek, Latin, English etc., new tongues. All you are doing is seperating people from their God.
“For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist. Look to yourselves, that we lose not those things which we have wrought, but that we receive a full reward. Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son. If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed: for he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.”
    ‭‭2 John‬ ‭1‬:‭7‬-‭11‬ ‭KJV‬‬
He is the great I AM, for all generations...Exodus 3:14-15

Can we all agree that God doesn't have a name like as John, Jon etc? It is that simple, God doesn't have a name. All things that have a name, are created right? All things that have a name were created and by the one that has NO name, God.

Why the enemy of the house of Yahuyah change his name to the name of blasphemy?
It's a curse to the people of his heritage ☝️

Thank you so much! I’m thrilled that you found it beautiful-it’s truly an honor to share these insights on God’s name and explore the depth and reverence behind it. This topic is close to my heart, and it’s inspiring to see others appreciate it too. If you’re interested in going even deeper, I’d love to share more of what I’ve learned over the years in my book, The Name Above All Names. I go into the meanings, history, and nuances of God’s name in ways that didn’t all make it into the video. Thank you again for watching and for such kind words-it means a lot! Knowing you, you may have 'The Name Above All Names," already?!
