This is awesome! And thank you so much for actually making a tutorial instead of just a sped-up version of the build with music in the background! I can't tell you how refreshing it is to have someone explaining what they do along the way. Love this!
Your attention to detail is second to none! I have one suggestion to make your future dioramas a bit easier to accomplish. I noted that the wires you use are pretty thick. I believe you could use much thinner wire, since LEDs pull such little current. You could literally use wires almost as thin as human hair! Thus, you could drill smaller holes, and they will be much easier to conceal... This turned out incredible as usual!
Thanks. This was the thiner wire I could find in my local store and it was indeed a bit thick for the scale of the plane. I will try to find thiner wires on the web
Amazing. It's hard to call it beautiful, because it's war, but it is. Your attention to detail is wonderful and the whole piece is stunning. Thanks for sharing this, Michael.
Great work! I'm impressed that the Bf-109 can hold the Spitfire like that. One minor detail...the 109 does not have a 4-blade prop. Other than that, excellent work and inspiration.
Thanks. Re propeler blade , I thought that when it turns very fast it gives the impression of more blades than the propeller actually has. Hope I am making sense
Congratulazioni, Signore! This resulted in a far better display than I initially had anticipated. Eccellente! I have been contemplating displays rather similar to this. I aldo would employ 1:24th-, 1:32nd-, and 1:48-scale models for the far greater level of detail, as well as a couple 1:72nd-scale miniatures in the background, to create a forced perspective diorama. Your simulation of “smoke” and “flame” gives me a possible answer to a riddle on how one securely can support the largest replicas. One need only mask or obscure them! Grazie! Another approach I would use would be to borrow from motion picture production methods the Chapman Crane, wherein one obscures the cradling structure through 1) placing it behind the figure or object it holds in place, then 2) covering with clothing or other accoutrements germane to the presentation the fitted apparatus supporting the subject that remains in view. I also would motorise the propeller to create as realistic the effect as possible. I understand that one would need to substitute a duplicate propeller made of strong, resilient metal, as the polystyrene over time is likely to suffer wear from the stress of momentum. Again, a remarkable presentation!
Oh my!! This one is my favorite of yours! I thought the propellers were genius!! I’ve used the aluminum foil for water on a painting before! It works so well!!
Thank you so much! Yes the aluminum foil is very nice for water although the best material is epoxy clay (but expensive, especially for large surfaces)
As always, fantastic job. May i recommend a diaroma of racing cars or bikes on a 1:12 scale? Greece has a history with Acropolis WRC, Ritsona Hillclimb, Tatoi Bike Races etc.
Absolutely amazing work! Much easier overall than many others I’ve seen. I especially like the use of the foam/hot knife and foil for much of the waves. You have motivated this modeler! And earned a subscriber:)
hey im fairly new to the world of model making ive made loads of tanks and ships ect ect. im wanting to try making a diroma i gotta say your videos are really well made and inspirational thank you
Amazing work looks super good with led effect very realistic . I would have tilted the spitfires wing a little banking a bit more left turning opposite the out of control right bank of the BF 109 , really good ,like its flying through the smoke , be good to find a way to add more 3d water spray physics trailing the BF's right wing and back from start make it spray much higher even at start of water strike . Great work thank you for sharing .
It is very good, although I think the fire should have started in the engine. It's very hard for the wing to catch fire that much, even with the hydraulic oil. Still, it's very good, congratulations!
I know its a lot of input, its me again :D The Me 109 had a 3 blade prop. so the 4 Blades are just wrong. I hope my input helps you for the diorama. You really did a great work on the technical side and the effects!
Thanks. I agree. I just tried to give the impression of a prop that is rotating very fast and sometimes the eye sees more than the actual blades. Hope I am making sense
Wow. Just wow. This is an amazing work, I love it. The attention to detail and the effort you put in there are just wonderful. Maybe the next time, you could make something with my favourite plane of WW2, the Bf-109G6.
Although I’m a subscriber, I haven’t seen your work for sometime. I saw this on instagram and then searched it on RUclips. Amazing as usual, love your work!
Nice build fella. I have started using cob LED strips or tape instead of the normal smd tape there like the flexible LED noodle filaments. And you don't have to do that folding trick.
Great job, congratulations, my brother and I are impressed, bravo, bravo. Where did you get such cool templates of propellers that look like they're spinning?
amazing,.. would there be so much flame emanating the wing though? I am no piston-powered aviation engineering consultant but wouldn't the fuel tank need to be hit for a proper flame-out?
Pretty nicely done. Like a few others said. You have a great eye for details. Do you mind me asking. Did you think about trying to just spray over the aluminum foil? For the water effect?
Thank you. If i understand correctly do you mean if I thought to spay paint first? No I always use primer first so that I ensure the paint will stick properly.
The work looks absolutely stunning Michael, the level of realism you put in the explosion is incredible.
ευχαριστώ πολύ φίλε 👍👍
Excellent Michael fabulous detail ....the only things l didn't like were the propellers
Yea that’s dope. The light strip in the smoke looks awesome 🤌🏼
This is awesome! And thank you so much for actually making a tutorial instead of just a sped-up version of the build with music in the background! I can't tell you how refreshing it is to have someone explaining what they do along the way. Love this!
Glad I could help! Thank you 😊
Wonderfully crafted. A "Dune" worm eating a spice harvester - wound be fascinating to see
Thanks cool idea
I always think... How is that going to work out and then my mind gets blown every single time. You are so talented!
Thank you Katie. Many times when I start a project I also think ... how is that going to work out so you are not the only one 🙂
That is an excellent diorama, congratulations.
Holy crap, this is a masterpiece.
Outstanding realism from such a small scale diorama. Wonderfully made! Congratulations!
Thank you very much!

Thanks Vickie. I agree. On the other hand these dioramas etc help us to remember history so that we will try to avoid the same mistakes
@@4THECRAFT Agree!

Superb !
Thanks a lot
Real cool diorama I want to learn can you show more videos for beginners.
More to come!
That's awesome. It would be sweet if you did a p51 Mustang in a dog fight with a Japanese ww2 plane.
Nice build fella. I have started using cob LED strips or tape instead of the normal smd tape there like the flexible LED noodle filaments. And you don't have to do that folding trick.
Thanks mate. Indeed, I need to switch to led filaments
Absolutely amazing job, especially the flames. Would you mind tonshare the exact color information of the flames?
Thank you!
Thank you. I am using the following vallejo air acrylic colors : 71.083, 71.057, 71.002, 71.085.
@@4THECRAFT Thank you very much!
It's interesting you I didn't use resin this time. Great job!
Thank you. Yes , sometimes we need to get out of our comfort zone and try new things 🙂
Excellent!
Thank you! Cheers!
Cool, mate!
Absolutely amazing 👏. I'd love to see a diorama of HMT (RMS) Olympic ramming and sinking German U-boat SM U-103 from WW1 😊
Thank you . It is on my to do list
Great job, congratulations, my brother and I are impressed, bravo, bravo. Where did you get such cool templates of propellers that look like they're spinning?
Great work, Cheers
Thank you! Cheers!
This diorama is very creative. However I wonder what can burn like this in bf109 wing?
Brilliant 😊
it looks great very much impressed may i ask would you buld the yamato after her secondaries detonated ripping her in half?
Thank you..yes the yamato is on my to do list for the future
@@4THECRAFT I must say your ability to bring the destruction to life is amazing
Amazing!
Thank you! Cheers!

Yes, I sacrificed a bit of the realism to make it more impressive
Very beautiful job, thank you for sharing. May I ask a question, does epoxy resin release toxic substances during the curing reaction? How to solve it?
Thank you. I think it does that's why you need to wear a respirator safety mask and work on a well ventilated room
Fantastic
Thanks
Nice work.
Thanks!
Great job !
i love the paint jop of the flames, when you were painting the side black the flames in the background looked real! and not painted
Do the rms Olympic pls!
Excellent
Thanks
Πολύ ωραίο! Μπράβο!
Ευχαριστώ πολύ
