This is so cool. I was a 10 year old kid in the late 50’s and early 60’s and loved building those old plastic Revell, Monogram, and other models of mostly cars, but all those great kits. Tester glue and paint. So much fun to put the decals on and customize paint jobs. Nothing quite like this but great memories.
I keep coming back to your diorama videos even years later. Just to rewatch for inspiration. Please come back and make us some dope dioramas like these again. It’s your videos that got me back into the hobby after almost 20 years. I thought I would let you know that you are missed and needed back ❤

When I was a kid building models it would have completely blown my mind to see what you did with that tank. It came out incredible!
I'm about to pick up some supplies to try my hand at a diorama for a new 1/25 scale model I picked up. My biggest question is after shaping the foam, what do you recommend using overtop the foam to create the ground? Would modeling clay work or do you have a specific recommendation? Absolutely love the work! Cant wait to see more

Amazing work. I’ve attempted dioramas and they’re about as convincing as 70’s CGI. I also built that very same Stuka (great kit by the way), it’s sitting in a display cabinet looking at me going “really1? This is the best you can do??”
This isn’t just next level, it’s top shelf. Incredible talent. 👏👏

the explosion on the tiger tank could have used a little more fire yellow graphics, too much white for it to be realistic. But still good craftsmanship though.

Karl Morton go research what a Mark 4 panzer tank looks like. Completely different tank of what is shown in the last diorama set.

I build some pretty convincing miniature adirondack chairs along with other outdoor furniture and Pergola's, gazeebo's etc but man I have a long long way to go before I would feel I was half as good as the skill set being shown in his video's

whom can I contact to make me one of these. I'm a disabled combat veteran, have lots of pis 4 an idea from my last deployment in 03 to 04, OEF, OIF, . If the guy that makes these is interested in me paying him to create a personal 4 me that would mean a great deal and I would cherish it 4 ever.

What are the metal pieces for?? I’ve never seen those on models I built growing up
There called ‘photo etch’, and they are used to enhance the details of the model or to replace parts with a more detailed version. They are fixed to the model with super glue. Some parts are very small, and you need a steady hand to put them in place. I use them sparingly on my models because at 70 years old, my hands are anything but steady.

The second creation, with the amount of Epoxy used, I bet that thing weighs a ton.
Just a critics take on these and ultimately irrelevant, but I have to say it.
#1 is perfection. #2 is great other than the lighting setup. Needs to be diffused better with a spacing gap between the LED strip and something like frosted acrylic. Or just use strips of EL sheeting. #3 I didn't care for at all. the bottle should have been resealed in my opinion and the glowing/UV pigment made no sense either without something to excite it. #4 was nearly as good as the first one, but the rock cliff didn't sell it like the rest of the diorama did. I think wire brushing foam with an ink wash would have sold it a little better. #5 I want to like it, but the use of a non hidden support pole and bridge build seemed rushed and unfinished. As I said however, my opinions mean squat, but at the level of the models displayed I had no choice but to analyze all the details of these bad ass builds. Thanks for sharing.

these are REALLY cool builds but the thing that is bugging me is the diorama with the Russian T34 vs German Tiger Tank is that the T34's gun shell cannot penetrate the Tiger Tank's front armor meaning it's nearly impossible for the Tiger Tanks turret to explode like that
