E-25 platoons....so much fun. We started at the west base on Fjords and made it to the top of the hill in the north east corner in 65 secs. Totally wasted every enemy tank coming up that back way, were up 7 tanks in less than 3 mins into the game. Glorious.

i have su 122 44,had 200 battles in it. when E25 gets around my side np,100% crew and vents and i have no problem turning around to shoot the E25 due to a very healthy track traverse Also,if they stick to my side point blank range,they're so light you can easily push them away.(and the su 122 44 is very light)

Just a note for you, Jingles - that Tiger I doesn't have the gun depression to hit you from the sides or the rear if you're tucked up on him, so you can facehug him like that and you'll just die laughing while you hold down the trigger.
That KV-13 was like ``Here take my ass as well! I hope you go in dry!`` Also sure 3 e-25s are deadly but this proves 2 supported with something like the su-152 are insane :P
Hey Jingles, have you heard about the software "Voice Attack"? It is a cool program that lets you make voice inputs. For example in Star Citizen I can do this: I'll shout "Lock missiles!" and then "Fire!!!!!!" and the program will turn those voice inputs into real inputs. It is actually very fun to use :)
Just bought this tank, and put a good crew in it... What Jingles probably didn't mention enough is this thing is like a license to print credits in WoT. Not to mention this tank will not be nerfed like regular TDs in patch 9.1, as TDs will lose their camo bonus after shooting.
You should do some advanced platoon tactics. Like pushing ahead with heavies, covering each other, etc. Not simply playing like 3 people playing on separate games (though these two games you do play sort of platoon-tactics, but not entirely).
If you LOVE that Move, Spot, Shoot, Kill gameplay, drop that camo net for coated optics! Also get 100% camo skill, run a vent and rammer (which you probably already are) with those coated optics, and you can do that EXACT style of fighting almost entirely regardless of the rest of the match - and most tanks will NEVER see you shooting at them from 250+ meters and behind bushes!
The inevitable Hellcat nerf (and the general non-premium TD camo nerf in 9.1) makes me think this tank is going to become quite the plague in a not too distant future.
I would classify 8 degrees of gun depression, when the cannon is basically already on the ground - FRIGGEN AMAZING! I never have to worry about any target that I have a line-of-fire to getting under my gun when it is on the ground with -8 depression!!!
The E25 is my favorite tank in the game. I got my record of 13kills and 6 and a half thousand dmg. (Keep in mind my highest tier is tier 8 because I like to grind all the lines) This was within the first week of getting it. It is a fantastic money maker because of the cheapness of the shells and its repair cost..... It's (almost) like having a tier 8 money maker but 20$ cheaper. I love this machine, (coated optics, vents, gun rammer) 2.36sec reload haha!) And my 4 skill German TD crew. I also have a surprisingly good average damage in it of 1,800 dmg (It's that good. It's that good. It is fun and I recommend this vehicle to anyone of any skill.
Dear mr.jingles With my friend we always go in tier 10 battles wit e-25's and that really works out well (if you play aggresive) it would be cool to do a game with circon and quickybaby with 2 e-25's and 1 tier 10 trust me it will be great

Why do I have problems penetrating the side of KV-1's with my Hellcat using the 90mil gun... (Tier 7 gun in case you didn't know, plenty of penetration) And the front of a VK 36.01 H, or a VK 30.01 H...

If you won both, then how did you get double EXP on the second game and nothing on the first? Unless the first game ended at around 5:59 am and the second ended after 6:00AM.

I finally bought an E-25 this week. I can't drive it very often.... every time I drive it I have to take a shower because it makes me feel dirty.... but a good kind of dirty.
Jingles, you actually DO want to go face to face with a tiger that has no backup, quite literally. If you facehug him he can't shoot you due to the lack of gun depression and you pen every shot. Facehugging tigers
My only problem with my E25 is that sometimes when i have to carry too hard or miss too often i run out of ammo... had some quite sad but hilarious moments because of that ^^
I totally follow you on this. I had one game on Sand River where at times it felt like I was the only one shooting the enemy - ran out of ammo and even had to drive into the encounter cap circle and ram 2 enemies to reset cap ... and we lost the game anyway. Was fun and rewarding game still.
MegaSnake1000 Spotting is more effective than ramming. Of course don't neglect the ramming if you've already secured the win, especially if it nets you a Kamikaze medal.

This little TD is a monster! Get 2 or more of them together like in this video and they wreak havoc. I would be surprised if they nerf theheck out of it. I love the E-25!!!!

11:04 i understand your wariness of taking damage, but the E-25 is so low-profile that you are more than capable of driving up to an enemy's hull, and just gnawing at them because they don't have the depression to shoot you. Especially German heavies. Just avoid ankle biting tanks that are low profile, or have gun depression lower than -6º gun depression. There's nothing truly more satisfying than being face-rushed by a heavy tank, and just gnawing at their lower plates because they cant get away from you. The rage they spout just fuels my rampage.

I don't even bother carrying ap in this tank. The only time I have had issues with pen is tier 8 heavies but most of the time I shoot them from the sides and rear.
Garpatron So you don't bother carrying AP (E-25's default ammo), you don't use APCR either, since u have problems penetrating tanks from the front sometimes. And you only fire HE at arty... So how do you damage tanks? You ram them? :D
Well, I use binocs, optics and camo net. However, I disagree with HE part... with fast reload you can switch ammo easily and you can easily do 30% extra dmg to arty or Rhm, and tanks like that. Also HE knocks out crew and modules. You have enough ammo in tank, so you can afford to carry like 5 HE or even more.
Robin Drahovsky with low caliber guns it usually doesn't pay to carry HE higher chance it will bounce, I'd rather have 5 extra AP or APCR, because I'll have much better use for those than 5 HE shells i won't use 99 out of 100 times anyway, I run out of ammo in the E 25 regularly lol, having 5 HE in the end doing 0-10 dmg, no thnx :P
***** Well, I feel like E25 has amazing scouting potential, I use it as passive scout on maps like komarin, malinovka or murovanka. You can use vents in exchange for optics not that much difference there. But if you are going to do passive scouting, it is good to have as good view range as possible, because as TD you dont have good camo on move, so you cant take as aggressive positions as in light tanks, so even extra 10% of range can make from average game monster one...
If you feel bad about platooning in OP tanks, play a few games alone trying to level stock tanks and you will lose any feelings of guilt you may have had.
Jingles, the only way I got my Ace Tanker badge was by playing it solo and carrying. Had a Tier 7 game but did over 4300 damage plus 1300 spotting. 1433xp and that seems about enough to get the Ace Tanker. :)
If you mean his commentary is a bit off it is because the video and his audio are two separate files in his video editor. He does his commentary whilst talking over the video. The most likely reason is that the audio recording is a second or so longer than the video, and that creates a desync between the commentary and video. At least that is what I think, but I'm pretty positive that is the case, a simple editing mishap.

Wondering if anyone can help me here. I recently received my LG monitor today to complete my PC set up. I plug the DVI and DSUB cables in but not the HDMI plug. Load up the monitor and I am greeted by a message that reads 'DSUB No signal. Entering power safety mode' (or something along the lines). Do I need a HDMI cable for it to work properly?

Ever run into a platoon of SU-122-44s while in a platoon of E-25s? Those are funny matches.
The SU-122-44 has 90mm of frontal armour sloped at ~60 degrees and there fore around 180mm thick. But if the E-25 gets around the side... Oooh boy.

Haha, jingles, battle two was actually the first battle. Notice battle two had the x2 first win bonus while battle 1 did not.

I am one of those guys that only logs on wot to play E-25 platoons, yes i have had many games like that and I love my E-25.

Why was there such a large difference in credits earned for the first two games?

3200 dmage along with 1500 spotting damage and 8 kills for a Radley Walters is what earned me the Ace Tanker Badge in the E25
oh - and 1497 base XP
I don't even bother carrying ap in this tank. The only time I have had issues with pen is tier 8 heavies but most of the time I shoot them from the sides and rear.
Only for arty.
Garpatron So you don't bother carrying AP (E-25's default ammo), you don't use APCR either, since u have problems penetrating tanks from the front sometimes. And you only fire HE at arty... So how do you damage tanks? You ram them? :D

camo net is imho not as useful at the binocs on E-25
also carrying more than one or two HE rounds on that 75mm little bugger is useless in my opinion

Well, I use binocs, optics and camo net. However, I disagree with HE part... with fast reload you can switch ammo easily and you can easily do 30% extra dmg to arty or Rhm, and tanks like that. Also HE knocks out crew and modules.
You have enough ammo in tank, so you can afford to carry like 5 HE or even more.
Robin Drahovsky with low caliber guns it usually doesn't pay to carry HE higher chance it will bounce, I'd rather have 5 extra AP or APCR, because I'll have much better use for those than 5 HE shells i won't use 99 out of 100 times anyway, I run out of ammo in the E 25 regularly lol, having 5 HE in the end doing 0-10 dmg, no thnx :P
***** Well, I feel like E25 has amazing scouting potential, I use it as passive scout on maps like komarin, malinovka or murovanka. You can use vents in exchange for optics not that much difference there.
But if you are going to do passive scouting, it is good to have as good view range as possible, because as TD you dont have good camo on move, so you cant take as aggressive positions as in light tanks, so even extra 10% of range can make from average game monster one...
i like how his second win in a row for that tank was his first win of the day (double XP)... hmm
If you feel bad about platooning in OP tanks, play a few games alone trying to level stock tanks and you will lose any feelings of guilt you may have had.

Jingles, the only way I got my Ace Tanker badge was by playing it solo and carrying. Had a Tier 7 game but did over 4300 damage plus 1300 spotting. 1433xp and that seems about enough to get the Ace Tanker. :)

If you mean his commentary is a bit off it is because the video and his audio are two separate files in his video editor. He does his commentary whilst talking over the video. The most likely reason is that the audio recording is a second or so longer than the video, and that creates a desync between the commentary and video. At least that is what I think, but I'm pretty positive that is the case, a simple editing mishap.

Yeah. He transitioned between two replays on one of his videos, and it took about 15 seconds before the transition actually happened. I just sat there was blank face and looked around, tapping my fingers on my desk. :P Oh Jingles, you so silly!

Wondering if anyone can help me here.
I recently received my LG monitor today to complete my PC set up. I plug the DVI and DSUB cables in but not the HDMI plug. Load up the monitor and I am greeted by a message that reads 'DSUB No signal. Entering power safety mode' (or something along the lines). Do I need a HDMI cable for it to work properly?
