      I understood you say you was going to put a LS in this truck and underneath a truck that has 70-year-old springs underneath it that was made for a engine with 100 horsepower an engine with almost 300 horsepower according to which one you get the first time somebody comes down on that truck the rear end is going to go flying out of that truck​@@GarageTimeTV

      @@oldguyrc6983 definitely not going LS. I would rather do a small block Chevy. A 305 maybe a 350. Not looking for crazy power, just a reliable cruiser

    Good video-thx for posting-so you didn’t need to relocate the spring perches on the rear axle at all and the pinion angle was correct? I picked up a 2005 Colorado rear for my 53 3100 Chevy to swap out the old torque tube.(and t5 for the 3 on the tree)

      So I believe the angle is correct. I haven’t done a transmission install to verify yet. There will be an update when we do that
