I've been doing eyelash extensions for 3 years now and I have never actually seen them made I've always had them pre-made but if I ever need to make them im definitely trying this way with the jelly, super cool
I have used premade too in the past, making them definitely takes up time within an appointment

Where'd you get the tweezers? I've seen several posts with these, but maybe on found them on 1 or 2 sites. I have a similar pair but they're not volume tweezers. They're made for bottom or inner corner lashes and the part where you grab the lashes is shorter.

When you create a Russian volume fan, after putting glue can you set it aside to create a bunch of them and then use it on the client and ad more glue so it’s not time consuming? If that makes sense? Is that possible to do? Or will there be too much glue?
Too much glue, but you can buy pre made ones that are heat bonded

Everyone overseas are using the brand scotch sticky dots but in NZ I could only find crazy dot adhesives in the scrapbooking section of a stationery store. They definitely need to be detacked a bit first

I do wonder when making these fans. After dipping into glue, do you apply them directly onto the lashes or do you glue them for use later (dip again in glue before applying to the client's lashes)?
nic pace it's better to apply right away on to the clients lash because the other way causes too much glue build up, causing it to also be heavier!
are these just classic single lashes that are made into fans.?
Nope these are thinner lashes used for volume

This technique got me sleepless because I can't make a good fan still figuring out how to make my hands steady
Use your pinky finger on the tweezer holding hand to steady your hand on the surface on whatever your lashes are attached too

How long should I began doing volumes after learning to do classics?
Depends on your skill. Once you have perfected styling and able to isolate dip and attach smoothly. Someone could take 6 months to a year full time. You really do need to have mastered classics before Russian

Can you make fans with flat lashes also?
Yes I usually made 2d fans, you can do 3D with 0.10 flats but I tend to like 2d in 0.15 flats. I’m just about to make a short video on it
