@@zlatkomartinovic5032 I think the Halo Effect is quite good! with Michael Stanne from Dark Tranquility (who's also got a new album coming out in some weeks/months) but who's ironically enough also played in In Flames in their earlier days XD
Considering I grew up on In Flames I am shocked I play in a punk band. Still have my photo with In Flames I took with the band at a concert in Canada when they were merely advertised as "Live Music".
2004, when I was 14, I had my first experience with metal music at a friend's place. I didn't really have a huge interest in it because I had heard it was just "loud screaming and even louder guitar playing," so I didn't bother with it too much until then. The first few things my friend showed me that day were Caliban, Slayer, and In Flames. Caliban and Slayer were too rough for me to listen to, as I had never experienced metal up to that point in my life, and I thought to myself, "I guess this just isn't for me. I can't enjoy any of this." ...Until my friend hit the forward button on his PC once more, and "The Quiet Place" started playing. And... that moment back then... Man... It was like an unbelievable revelation to me! I was just in awe of how insanely good that track was, and since then, it's been my favorite song by far. I still listen to the album regularly and have been a huge fan and a metalhead to the core thanks to In Flames. So... I guess what I wanna say is: Thank you for the awesome years and for continuing to be freakin' awesome!
Only this year I heard the song My Sweet Shadow, Although I listened to The Quiet Place back in 2007. At the time, I thought you were too heavy-sounding. And now I'm listening to My Sweet Shadow on repeat ) I love you guys! Thanks
I was expecting this album so much in 2004 and when it came, it was like a smash in the face. Thank you guys for making to great musics. I'm so hurry to see you in Paris next october.
Came into this album and Clayman about the same time (Touch of Red got a lot of airtime on Headbanger's Ball, though Cloud Connected was the track on the Headbanger's Ball collection) - been a fan ever since!
This is the album that got me into the world of metal. It was playing on a music program called RAGE in Australia back in 2004 on a Saturday night. The Quiet Place was the song being played.
It seems like I'm not the only one this is my favorite in Flames album the quiet place Touch of red evil in the closet nothing but Banger after banger classic
One of the best IF Y2K album. Always loved Jesper and Bjorn composition on this album. Both are compliment each other. Jeppe with the good songwriting skills and Bjorn with the technicality of guitar playing❤
yo los conoci alla por el 2004 con este album, la cancion que escuche primero fue la de Touch of red, con esa me cancion me hizo buscar mas material de la banda
Thanks to band for uploading your full albums! It's better here for the whole world then sitting on spotify not getting the same amount of plays/views over time. I am same age as original band members and remember them from the beginning when metalcore was just starting! God I miss the 90s but then again most bands even from back then are here again in the 2020's which is awesome 🔥🔥🔥
I bought this album about two days after my brother committed suicide. It was the guide through my grief. Almost like it was the soundtrack to his escape.
My favorite album, will you return to this style just for nostalgic vintage purposes or you became too Old and Weak for the Jester's Insane Mind? Surrender from your Flames and plunge into *Darkness* again! 🃏
one of my favorite In Flames albums! one of the best in my humble opinion!
You'll never forget your childhood and how happy you were when this album was released....agree. anything similar on the market today?

@@GiftFromGodAwesome, will pay attention to it
@@GiftFromGodthanks!
@@zlatkomartinovic5032 my pleasure =)
This album makes me feel nostalgic. One of best albums.
best best best
This is the album that got me into In Flames and in my opinion is the most perfect mix of their older and newer styles combined.
wouldnt that be come clarity
I don't hear their older style in this album at all.
Specifically, it was A Quiet Place that got me into them. I heard that song on a metal compiliation and was hooked ever since.
Considering I grew up on In Flames I am shocked I play in a punk band.
Still have my photo with In Flames I took with the band at a concert in Canada when they were merely advertised as "Live Music".
I have been an InFlames guy since the late 90s, and THIS is my favorite album by them.

You sound vaccinated.

Only this year I heard the song My Sweet Shadow, Although I listened to The Quiet Place back in 2007. At the time, I thought you were too heavy-sounding. And now I'm listening to My Sweet Shadow on repeat ) I love you guys! Thanks

I have it in digipack and discover me like emptiness is there .I love that track.that album is really a masterpiece
This is the album that got me into the world of metal. It was playing on a music program called RAGE in Australia back in 2004 on a Saturday night. The Quiet Place was the song being played.
I remember all the music video in p2p download application back then (like Kazaa, limewire..etc2) got RAGE watermark.
Underrated album
Honestly a quintessential album

Salah satu album terbaik🔥🔥💪💪..
I bought this album about two days after my brother committed suicide. It was the guide through my grief. Almost like it was the soundtrack to his escape.
I'm so sorry for your loss
Condolences for your loss. May he rest in paradise
Sometimes I really miss “discover me like emptiness”
Is this song on the cd?
Melodic death métal ?
Sound like Dark Tranquillity
Very cool
Honestly, jester dance and STME are the goats of in flames discography
Hell fkcn yeah!!!! 🤘🤘🤘
When there are only my bones, please put them in use - want to be part of a new dawn the day darkness disappears
Discover Me Like Emptiness was a bonus track if you bought the digipack cd. Great tune that one!
My favorite album, will you return to this style just for nostalgic vintage purposes or you became too Old and Weak for the Jester's Insane Mind? Surrender from your Flames and plunge into *Darkness* again! 🃏
That's YEAH ♨️♨️♨️
I love this album
Топовые альбомы без слов,одни эмоции... Come Clarity, Sound Track To You Escape,Clayman .....
I love this album ❤
🤘🔥🤘
🤘🤘🔥🔥
Dead Alone is so good.
Dial 595 is my favourite
An album of the alternative metal era, but In Flames still manages to conserve a great part of the Melodic Death Metal sound of their first albums.
Love your music!
Would it be possible to add “not alone” on deezer, spotify and others? thank you.
One of THE BEST albums
thanks Spazmatic
Love this Album. My CD is scratched af🤣
Is this remastered or why you upload your old album now? Idk but this is the best 👌
Where is the final track, "Discover Me Like Emptiness"?
