You are like the queen of thrift flips. I love all of your ideas and some of them are such simple, easy ways to just completely change an item, but it's having the creativity to see beyond what's there and really create something brand new. Thanks for helping us save money and make our homes beautiful. God bless you!
I think the lamp was the most dramatic transformation. I find it amazing that a combination of budget friendly supplies can yield such a change. I also enjoyed the wood bowl with the dried pressed blooms. I am a sucker for dried flowers.
Sherrie… You should have a million subscribers. You do so many crafts from virtually nothing. I love that you decorate in old world and French country decor.
Decoupaged Lamp -Branch in frame - Wood Bowl with pressed Flowers STUNNING !!! Thank you for these beautiful creative ideas! You are a treasure dear lady. 🌸
I love all your ideas. I wish you would consider helping your followers figure out how to decorate an area in their home. A good example ...a small corner or an odd shaped space. You are so good at coming up with unique and fun ideas.
Oh, thank you so much, Elizabeth! When I bought that lamp, Goodwill had a beige ginger jar type lamp for sale. I liked the ginger jar shape, but they wanted $25 for that lamp and only $3 for the polka dot one that I bought! 😜
Hi Sherry. I absolutely love blue and white things. The make over of the lamp is stunning! It is perfect to go with my blue and white pieces. Now for me to go thrifting for a lamp. Love every one of the other projects too! So many great ideas for unique decor! I will be hitting the local thrift stores tomorrow.
The lamp is beyond fabulous! I loved the bowl with flowers and the floral wall hook. The branch picture frame is awesome too (I just have no place to put it). Who am I kidding, I loved it all!! Thanks for making my Mondays!
Amazing up cycled projects today my favorites are the wood bowl, the twig picture frame and the file box. Thank you so much for sharing all your wonderful ideas in your videos, I look forward to watching every week.
It's impossible to pick a favorite --they are all so beautiful! From your book collection, I'd guess you were an English professor but from your obviously artistic talents, you must have been an artist. Your insight and vision are absolute gifts.
You’re a Genius! As I watch each project, I sit here and just shake my head back and forth in amazement at your boundless imagination! It’s not crafting, IT’S ART, that should be in a gallery. I loved, loved the wooden hanger! Working with material to cover the luggage piece was amazing to create texture and laborious as well. As it opens from the top, I thought the carrying handle should have been placed on the top for balance and stabilization for the contents. I’m walking away with so many ideas thanks to your talents.
My favorite is the frame with the sticks and flowers. A smaller version would look good with a grouping of things. Of course the lamp was your choice!! It is lovely.
OMGoodness, Sherry! When I saw your "coat hook" I thought "I have one exactly like it!"😲 Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought to see another one! Love what you did to it and as always, enjoy your creations! 😊
Lovely as always. I liked the simplicity and uniqueness of the butterfly branch, but loved the rehab on the metal case. That got my wheels turning. I have a few metal cases to work with. I love how the fabric adds dimension and softens it, and I'm visualizing the perfect imagery on mine. Thank you for the inspiration .❤
The way you were able to piece the napkin together on the lamp is amazing!! You do the most amazing flips with thrift items. I don’t ever seem to find good thrift items but it’s probably my lack of imagination.
I love the frame with the branch and faux flowers petals. The branch with the wood butterflies is another one I love. Lately I've been on my landlords property picking up so many things in nature. I've got alot of birch bark and branches, a bag full of pine cones and flat rocks to decopauge on. I'm really getting into this natural way of crafting. I get so much inspiration from watching you and the projects you do help me to see things differently. Thank you 4 sharing.
You are so welcome! You are so lucky to have birch bark!!! We had a birch tree but had to have it removed. It started dying after some strong winds split it down the middle! They are not a very sturdy tree but so pretty!
I was most impressed with the metal box! When you first started putting on the fabric I was thinking, Sherry what are you doing? It turned out great! Very impressive! All the extra details were fantastic, so that was my favorite.
I've done personalized photo books like you did the frame but Loved the saying and little dried arrangement. The other up cycle was probably the lamp. I will be looking differently at thrift store visits.😊
The inside of your mind must be a magical and busy place! The lamp is outstanding, but if I had to pick just one, I’d go with the wooden bowl with the flowers.
my favorite was the lamp. But I also loved the butterfly tree. those buttons were amazing . The cloth covered items was a wonderful idea. I like the basket with lace also.
All lovely projects as usual. My favorites are the amazing lamp makeover and the sweet bird/branch frame. Also will use the lace on basket method you showed us. Thank you so much for something to look forward to at the beginning of each week!
Hi Sherri, the lamp is my favourite too, it now looks gorgeous with the blue and white napkins, instead of those unfortunate polka dots lol. I also love everything else that you did too. The wooden bowl with the flowers in the middle is beautiful. I also love the frame with the stick flowers and little blue bird on the bottom. I could go on about every project, but I won’t I think you get that I love each of them. It’s made me think that I will look at some items differently now, that’s for sure. I do know that lately when I’ve been out walking round I see sticks that have fallen off trees and a few of them I’ve been going to pick up but I couldn’t bend over to get them and they were a bit big to put in or on my wheely walker, the footpaths are really bumpy and they would have kept falling off. God Bless you and your family and please enjoy your week.
Your ongoing creativity, eye for style and design never cease to amaze and inspire me!! Pick a favourite she says. ya right! That's soooo hard to do!! I love them all!!
The lamp is my fever , but i love all of them they came out sou beautiful . Thank you to share your thrift find D I Y , and thank you very much , for you inspiration ideas🥰
I loved all your projects today. My favorites were the lamp and the cover. The cover holding a wreath came out absolutely gorgeous and it's something unexpected. Thank you for sharing these projects. Have a great week.🙏
So many of them are so beautiful, but I think th lamp is my favorite. I don't know if anyone feels sad the way I do when that soft piano plays, but it certainly gets to o me.
Sherry all of your projects are absolutely Gorgeous, I was sitting here watching the Lamp and my hubby started watching and he said that looks like ceramic and I explained how you did it and he really liked it also.... You always have such wonderful ideas and lots of inspiration.... Thank you so much it is greatly appreciated.... I feel like I am in Art Class....
Sherry - you outdid yourself with the Blue and White decoupaged lamp. Bravo!
I love the way you finish the back of your projects. I know no one ever sees the back, but it is so professional.
Thank you very much! Because I sold my DIY projects in a booth for many years, I always feel like the back should be finished, too!

Thanks for helping us save money and make our homes beautiful. God bless you!
Thanks so much 😊 I appreciate your kind comments so very much, Annie!
Interestingly… I see the branch with the butterflies in a modern home. Maybe another one could have bumblebees with flowers. Love your videos.
Love the decoupaged lamp, and the fabric covered frame. So pretty.,
@@CanterburyCottagenew subscriber. You should have been an art teacher. What is the best way to dust/clean your fabric and botanical creations?
Simple..lovely..and very creative..you are always surprising..thank you Sherry for your precious ideas
I think the lamp was the most dramatic transformation. I find it amazing that a combination of budget friendly supplies can yield such a change. I also enjoyed the wood bowl with the dried pressed blooms. I am a sucker for dried flowers.
Hello Sue, how are you doing today
I am like a child in a candy store, just waiting for your videos. Thank you for being you.
such great talent
The lamp was beautiful. Such a transformation and so high end. Absolutely stunning.
I like the lamp with the unfortunate polka dot paint job-too funny!
Great video ❤
Thank you for sharing ❤
The pressed flowers in the wooden bowl were lovely. And that lamp! No wonder it’s your favourite! Thank you for another delightful video.
I appreciate you - I have no idea how you come up AND complete all these projects, but I’m thrilled each week to see!
Thank you so much! Delaine, that is so very kind of you to say!
Sherrie… You should have a million subscribers. You do so many crafts from virtually nothing. I love that you decorate in old world and French country decor.
Oh, thank you so much, Patricia! You are so sweet!
As I watch you work, there's is a smile on my face and I shake my head in awe of your creativity. Thanks for all that I've learned.
Decoupaged Lamp -Branch in frame - Wood Bowl with pressed Flowers STUNNING !!!
Thank you for these beautiful creative ideas! You are a treasure dear lady. 🌸
You are so very creative!!!! Love watching your channel!!!!! ❤
Thank you so much! You are so kind, Penny! 😊
Such great ideas. Love what you did with the box and the frame with the branch. It's always a joy when you have a new post.
An "unfortunate" original paint job on the lamp? LOL! You are too kind! I LOVE the lamp--the finished product, and can't wait to try it!
I , too , Love the lamp , but I also love the wooden bowl ! I have some lovely dried flowers that I plan to use the same way.
I love all your ideas. I wish you would consider helping your followers figure out how to decorate an area in their home. A good example ...a small corner or an odd shaped space. You are so good at coming up with unique and fun ideas.
All great makeovers. I especially love the William Morris quote frame. Also loved the trick for gluing the lace on the basket.
Thanks so much, Anastasia! 😊
Hard to pick a fav, but probably the polka dot lamp transformation and the plain wooden bowl w flowers! 🥰
Thank you! I really liked how the bowl turned out, too!
Love them all as usual ❤😊
I think my favorite was the towel covered metal file box. I would have never thought to cover it. Looked great!
I really like both the lamp and the fabric covered box. Sherry, you have a level of patience I don’t even aspire to!😊
That quote is so you, William would be chuffed with your taking interest with the small details that make life happy.
I loved the metal file folder. My mouth was open when done.
I love how that lamp came out with the blue and white napkins, beautiful!
I love everything! The lamp is definitely my favorite, though. You never disappoint Sherry! Thank you for your amazing inspiration!
You are just amazing! I love all of today's up-cycled items.
Wow, thank you! You are so sweet, Shirley!
No way can I choose a favorite. Every. Single. One. Is. Awesome!!
Love them all your work is beautiful ❤
You always amaze me with your projects…love them all!
So many great ideas, Sherry. I'll never dismiss a thrift store lamp again! The lamp, the hook, and the framed floral branch are my top favorites.
Oh, thank you so much, Elizabeth! When I bought that lamp, Goodwill had a beige ginger jar type lamp for sale. I liked the ginger jar shape, but they wanted $25 for that lamp and only $3 for the polka dot one that I bought! 😜

Thank you so much! Hope you find a great lamp (and for $3, like mine)!
Another video of beautiful upcycled goodies. Yes, that lamp…💙🤍💙
Thank you, Cheryl! 🤗

I liked the lamp, the wooden bowl with dried flowers, and the small frame with William Morris fabric. All very nice and fun!
All of your projects are whimsical nothing is ever wired to me your creativity is a inspiration to us all ❤❤❤❤👍🏾
My favorites were the wooden bowl with flowers, the frame using the fabric scraps and the small bouquet of dried flowers, and the lamp…Sooo pretty!
Keep the butterflies, Sherrie, but put the twine covered branch in the recycle bin. Everything else was WOW!!!
It's impossible to pick a favorite --they are all so beautiful! From your book collection, I'd guess you were an English professor but from your obviously artistic talents, you must have been an artist. Your insight and vision are absolute gifts.

By George, you’ve done it again! The fabric on the metal case was the method I needed to see today! Thanks again Sherri for reading my mind … again! 😊
My favorite is the frame with the sticks and flowers. A smaller version would look good with a grouping of things. Of course the lamp was your choice!! It is lovely.
Gorgeous projects! TFS. Blessings 💜🙏🏽
Thank you! You too!
While I love everything you do, I have to admit that the lamp is the best yet. That is amazing. You have such a great eye for hidden treasures.
OMGoodness, Sherry! When I saw your "coat hook" I thought "I have one exactly like it!"😲 Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought to see another one! Love what you did to it and as always, enjoy your creations! 😊
A bird nest would have taken the frame and branch up to another level. Absolutely beautiful.
That my dear is called a home run. Beautiful
So many wonderful creations, Sherry! My favorite was the lamp! I love it!
I have never wanted to take the time to glue flowers to a branch to create a tree, but I like your idea of a framed twig.
My favorite is also the lamp. The projects are all lovely, the lamps just jumps out at me. Thank you for sharing.
I love the frame with the branch and faux flowers petals. The branch with the wood butterflies is another one I love. Lately I've been on my landlords property picking up so many things in nature. I like the butterfly branch. It is so whimsical. The lamp was amazing too.
The decoupaged lamp is absolutely stunning. I love decoupage, its so satisfying!
The lamp is just beautiful! But I think my favorite is the metal box!!
I was most impressed with the metal box! When you first started putting on the fabric I was thinking, Sherry what are you doing? It turned out great! Very impressive! All the extra details were fantastic, so that was my favorite.
Oh thank you! Yes, that white tea towel looked strange. I was hoping the paint would turn it around!😜
Love what you do. Thank you for sharing your projects! They are all so beautiful, but that wooden bowl idea was genius!
I've done personalized photo books like you did the frame but Loved the saying and little dried arrangement. The other up cycle was probably the lamp. I will be looking differently at thrift store visits.😊
I love all your ideas. I've done some many of them.
Yay, thank you!
That metal box was the greatest surprise. You've got such talent.
Oh, thank you, Billie!
The lamp caught my eye as well. That blue and white napkin set has been put to such good use!
My favorite was the doily ribbon around the basket and the coat hook makeover.
The inside of your mind must be a magical and busy place! The lamp is outstanding, but if I had to pick just one, I’d go with the wooden bowl with the flowers.
Thank you! I don’t know about “magical” but what a lovely compliment!
Both of them for under everything was absolutely beautiful. I think my favorite had to be the lamp.
The lamp was quite a transition! My favorite.
All gorgeous but that lamp is perfection!!!
That lamp is gorgeous. You have brought the love of blue back in my life.
Yay! Thank you!
All of these turned out so adorable. The lamp is my favorite… it’s gorgeous.
my favorite was the lamp. But I also loved the butterfly tree. those buttons were amazing . The cloth covered items was a wonderful idea. I like the basket with lace also.
The lamp turned out beautiful! It looks like Dresden porcelain!
All lovely projects as usual. My favorites are the amazing lamp makeover and the sweet bird/branch frame. Also will use the lace on basket method you showed us. Thank you so much for something to look forward to at the beginning of each week!
Thanks so much! 😊 Cheryl, that is such a sweet comment!
There is no end to your talents and imagination ❤
Good afternoon, Sherry! Gorgeous diys, as always! I love them all, especially the Chinoiserie lamp!!! Well done. Thank you for sharing, Bobbie. ❤

The suitcase looked like a lot of work but the transformation was one of a kind. Outstanding!
Thank you, Cindy! The suitcase was the most time consuming project this week, but it wasn’t that bad.
My favorite project in this video was the toolbox. You made it look like a trunk. That was awesome.👍
I think the bowl and the lamp are my favorite but all of them are wonderful.
I loved the lamb, wood bowl and the hook. Everything was incredible ❤
Your ongoing creativity, eye for style and design never cease to amaze and inspire me!! Pick a favourite she says. ya right! That's soooo hard to do!! I love them all!!
