My friends and I visited that building in 2019 before the rooftop observatory was completed. We went as high as we could go by elevator and got some nice pics, including those of the Shibuya Project plans constructed with Legos 😄 . Great to see the final results.
I'm Korean. After watching this video, I decided to go see Shibuya in the video around next summer after the exam. I'll leave a comment again next year. Thank you for the beautiful video.

1)地上よりは風が強いですが、思ったよりかは強くなかったですね。心地よいぐらいでした。ただ、多分天候など日によると思います…
2)渋谷スカイは2019年11月にできたので、比較的新しいですね。
ここ数年再開発が進んで、渋谷の景色もガラッと変わっています。
