Im 3yrs late but
Beethoven eventually got deaf through his years as he got older.. he composed music while he was deaf... Only by feeling the vibrations of the strings of the piano.. reasons why that was tragic story for him because we could've done much more if he has his hearing.. with his talent for music hope dis helps

This is one of those songs that makes you sing it when it comes up.
That's the effect it has on me atleast.
