Great Catches! I wonder if those LEDs are Dialight though. I noticed the Dialights like LEDs on FEC and Charlotte's Light Rail system design is different then Dialights that are getting installed anywhere else.

@@TheCentralTexasRailfan Finally found some information. These LEDs that look like Dialight that FEC and the Charlotte Lynx Light Rail use are made by both Leotek and NEG. NEG Calls them 12 inch NEG IL Series LEDs.
