- A quick guide to installing the Bloodsuckers mod from DeanosBeano.

I got em spawning correctly. Turns out I had everything in the right places, but I missed a couple of the errors which caused it not to work properly. Thank you so much. Now I just have to figure out what I am doing/not doing so that the CreepyZombies mod will start spawning.
I followed this but in server they're not listed under the ZmbM_ spawns, and I'm not finding them naturally in world. Keys are in and the tweaks to the types, events, env, and randompresets. Not sure what I did wrong.
i did all the steps but they still dont seem to be spawning, any ideas? iv checked every spawn and walked around but nothing.
Amazing tutorial thank you. 6:46 Do they have to add up to 100? Creepy Zombies mod asks you overwrite these files and many of them dont add up to 100. I dont know how to put it in words but I dont want to lose the dbo creatures from spawning.
Best thing to do is experiment with it and make sure things are spawning! Trust me...you don't want too many of these guys on you at once.
I think Tyson made an explanation file that should be in the mod folder as a text file referring to that.

@@kristopher3201 haven't used it myself but I'm sure it would be fairly simple to do. Check the workshop page.
Also, when the next dayz update (1.14) goes to stable there will be radiation zones anyway.

@@kristopher3201 it's on experimental branch now so hopefully not long. Can see updates on the dayz website.
They should be resistant to the contamination. (DayZ 1.15 feature)
Deanos Beanos (the person that made the mod) is currently testing and experimental version that does this.
Is there a territory file for cherno?
...yes. in the same place but in the cherno map folder
Hummm. Strange there is no cherno map folder included in the mod download. I’ve just deleted it and re subscribed and checked in case I had an old version. Defo I cherno file in it
wait, dbo creatures is for namalks and does not work on chernarus?
It does work for chernarus but you need to make your own coordinates for the eventspawns.xml
@@hepskie ah I see. Well I am new to making server so I still dont know the all coord spots for chernarus.

@@solitaregames you can use the 'Community Online Tools' mod to find he coordinates and replace them in cfgeventspawns.xml for the bloodsuckers.

You don't touch the pbo, you move the mod folder to the server...if you watch the video it shows you how.
does anyone have a pre-made territories file for Deer Isle?
It should create one for you now I believe.
@@hepskie Unfortunately it didn't for me, but I got around it by just adding the creatures to the army spawns

Yes it does
is there a way to make these guys spawn underground?
A script can be written for that. They usually spawn at the ground level...so wherever the mud layer of the map is. If you get the Y coordinate correct then they sometimes spawn underground correctly but more often that not will fall through.
A script can be written to make them stay at a certain height when they spawn though. You may need to consult deanos beanos himself for that.

@@hepskie Adding underground spawns was easier than I expected :) Mod for this already exists and its called "SpawnerBubaku"
