@@hepskie The volume inequality between other apps, games and other creators videos is quite large. I just wanted to mention it seemed a bit low, sometimes people dont feel comfortable saying it as if it was an insult of some sort. I appreciate the video, will just have to watch it at a later time when i'm able to hear only this. Thanks

That depends on if winter cherno had a different map file in mpmissions. If your server is still using the chernarusplus map then yes it should be fine.

You can do all at once if you know what you're doing...but to start with I usually recommend one at a time. That way you can see which mods are the trouble-makers.

You've done something wrong at 3:41 - 6:04. Likely the server was running when you tried to change it to admin and you didn't include the quotation marks "admin" like that.

It is old, and so am I. Too busy to make videos these days. There are other videos out there that explain how to install this. It's a lot easier than it used to be. When I get a chance I'll remove this video.

So that means the mod is installed correctly but you didn't make your ID admin. Make sure you stop the server before you do the changes

So far tonight I’m 3/3 and running. Right now installed and working I have CF, Dabs Framework and expansion license. I’m now installing the Expansion bundle.

@@_umpx_ cool. Expansion can be a bit temperamental. Make sure to use their installation guide you can find with an easy Google

That's why I recommend winscp. You can just move from your own computers !Workshop folder for filezilla

@@matt_sellers most mods yes. Some need a little extra, like expansionmod or some admin mods

This mod depends on another mod called CF (community framework) to work so make sure you have that installed as well. It doesn't have any XML files that need editing so it doesn't have a folder.

Also, for any admin tools you will likely need extra steps to make yourself admin. Here is a guide to install vpptools. github.com/VanillaPlusPlus/VPP-Admin-Tools/wiki/Installation-&-Configuration

@@hepskiehi, so I followed these directions, it’s a great video but for some reason when I go to play, the mods don’t show up- on the launcher it says “no mods required” any idea what I might need to do?

Do you mean the !Workshop folder?

@@hepskie Yes I have followed the steps as shown: Steamapps > Common > Dayz > !Workshop. Then the next folder is shown as: !Do_not_change_files_in_these_folders so I proceed to go further and this folder is empty. All hidden folders are showing also.

This is with me already downloading the mods from the Steam client. Any help would be massively appreciated.

@@mattylahd6285 start the dayz launcher and see if any mod folders appear. They start with an @.

@@GingasGames yeah dayz editor doesn't like to play ball much. There were a few other cinematic mods out there but can't remember their names.

Very few mods can achieve this and some require heavy scripting. What are you trying to do with it?

@@hepskie Theres a mod by Lava that increases FPS - GainZ - Server FPS boost - but its only server side. i dont know how to make this mod server side only on nitrado. Thanks

@@kristopher3201 the problem with nitrado is there isn't a .bat file. Normally you'd have a bat file with start parameters such as '-mod @CF;@OtherMods'. One of these commands is -servermod but I don't think it's doable on nitrado.

@@hepskieTheres a command line under Additional Mods where I put the load order. as you pointed out above with ; after each mod but if its not doable, all good Thanks man !

@@kristopher3201 yeah the additional mods bit points to -mods in a startup script used by nitrado that unfortunately we can't access
