    Hello,
    The video is about Negligence in Law of Torts. Law of Torts is very interesting & important subject.     In Breach of Duty case: Ramesh Nayak V. UOI, Isn't Ramesh the plaintiff and UOI the defendant, So didn't the plaintiff suffer the injuries due to the defendant's (Post office) negligence?
