Hi.
1. Person A is having enemy with Person B. Both A&B resides in same association
2. A stole Soceity Letter head , wrote some serious defamatory articles on it, and started Signature campaign against B for the purpose of defaming B
3. Person C , approaches other people of the society and asked them to sign on the society letter head which would be used with defamation against B
4. Person D [having knowledge of the purpose of the Signature campaing ]
Under Which Section Person A C& D must be sued By B

‘Pure economic loss’ has been defined as a “worth incurred without any physical injury to any asset of the plaintiff.”
If the earning member of the family dies due to negligent act, it is pure economic loss.The physical injury is caused to the deceased, not the plaintiff.
If the earning member suffers some physical injury and he is not able to earn for some months, it is economic loss or consequential economic loss.
