There is no better brownie than this one

Hey guys this is the recipe for the brownie video i posted earlier
RECIPE
200 grams of milk and dark chocolate
1/2 cup of butter
-Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler
-after the chocolate and butter is melted
Add
1/4 cup of Dutch processed cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of espresso powder
In another bowl
-1 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of dark brown sugar
-pinch of salt
-gradually add three eggs and mix till the sugar and egg is fully incorporated
-1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
-Add the chocolate ganache
-1/2 cup of all purpose flour
-1/4 cup of Dutch processed cocoa powder
Mix well
Bake in a preheated oven -- 180 °C for 30 minutes
