Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Nurpur butter unsalted 200g
-Dark chocolate semi sweetened chopped 200g
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp
-Cocoa powder ¼ Cup
-Instant coffee 2 tsp
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ½ Cup
-Brown sugar ½ Cup
-Anday (Eggs) 5 (room temperature)
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup
-Dark chocolate semi sweetened chunks 100g or as required
Directions:
-On a double boiler,add dark chocolate,butter & mix well until chocolate melts.
-Add salt,cocoa powder,instant coffee,vanilla essence & whisk until well combined.
-Let it cool.
-In a bowl,add caster sugar,brown sugar,eggs & whisk well.
-Add chocolate mixture & whisk until well combined.
-On a bowl,place sifter,add all-purpose flour,sift well & fold until well combined.
-Grease 9 x 9-inch baking pan with butter,line it with butter paper & again grease with butter.
-Pour brownie batter & tap few times.
-Add dark chocolate & bake it in preheated oven at 180C for 15 minutes.
-Take out from oven,tap few times & bake again for 10 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
-Let it cool.
-Cut into pieces & serve!

-Double boiler mein dark chocolate aur makhan dal dein aur chocolate melt ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Namak,cocoa powder,instant coffee & vanilla essence dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Bowl mein bareek cheeni,brown sugar aur anday dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Chocolate mixture dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein.
-Bowl per sifter rakh dein,maida dal ker sift ker lein & ache tarhan fold ker lein.
-9 x 9-inch baking pan ko makhan sa grease ker lein,butter paper laga lein aur us ko bhi makhan sa grease ker lein.
-Brownie batter dal ker few times tap karein.
-Dark chocolate dal dein aur preheated oven mein 180C per 15 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-Oven sa nikal ker few times tap karein aur dubara 10 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Pieces mein cut ker ka serve karein!

Yeah you can use it but if milk chocolate is a bit sweetish as compared to dark one so either less the amount of sugar only teaspoon or so or you can add bit of coffee too I tried it and it turned out real good

Why do brownies get hard?
Overbaking may make them hard
It's like cake.. brownies used to be fudgy..
Now who is gonna add baking powder?
Brownies don't need to rise, that's why no need of baking powder

I tried your recipe, but it ended up more like a cake than a brownie. It still tasted ok, but it ended up a bit dry and not very fudgy.
Brownies have different textures, some are cakey while some are fudgy.
May be, u over mixed the maida. U just need to fold and not mix very much
