Ariana’s Dallas G5 (the first) has got to be one of her best. The girly tone, the fact that it’s not as strained as much as many of her others... her tone is just magical. Wish she’d learn how to use her voice more
tbh, sohyang's best signature note is every note in the 5th octave. she is the queen of the fifth octave :D
You can't put her so high, maybe upper belting. But no the whole fifth octave.

Am I the only one that respects Vanessa Amorosi’s Range and skill, but hates her tone? I just can’t with the way that a lot of the time it sounds like she is just screaming

For me she is amazing principally because of that. She can create that screaming sound without any strain. She is the apex of a rock singer.

Yeah, she can manipulate her voice in 1000 different ways, solid,light and incredible very rasp, her entire range is very weighty from the low notes to the highest of her headvoice. She's one of my faves.

Ariana's ease on the G5 is incredible!!!!!!! I can't believe some people actually think Ariana is tense after C#5/D5, she actually has quite consistent support up to G5 and she can support inconsistently up to G#5, and even after that she still has freedom, she even has some free Bb5's!!! She has soo much freedom throughout her range and I hope people, particularly vocal stans, actually realize that. Some vocal stan said "Ariana can't support anything over C#5" and now haters have used it to discredit her as a vocalist
