    4 amazing baritones and luther and david tenors. Not all Tenors can support F4/G4 notes while some baritones can. Glad u included lower voice types would love to see a video that starts at C4 in some voices thats a powerful note.

    Whenever I listen to Michael Bublé singing, it feels as if it's springtime. That man is such a pro at serving smooth, romantic vocals! :D Impatiently waiting for Jordan, Bolton, Phelps and McKnight now. =).

    Such great choices!!! I love how jazzy most of the voices are lol.
    (Wonder which note will you give Mitch! I'm betting on A4s). Can't wait to see the rest!
    I love Frank's voice. Same with Michael!! John has such a beautiful tone on F4s. Scott is the king of F#4, obviously. Luther's resonance is so beautiful. I was so impressed by David! Didn't know he was actually that good.

    • @danielbenitez6985
      @danielbenitez6985 6 лет назад

      Todd Tolson I know exactly what octaves are and I actually have vocal pitch monitoring system so I know what notes im hitting. And I meant I can belt C#6 almost any day... only times I don't is when I have sore or dry throat or I've drank milk or something that inflames the chords

    • @danielbenitez6985
      @danielbenitez6985 6 лет назад

      Todd Tolson PS im not saying this to be a showoff since u obviously took it that way. I'm just shedding light that it's not such a rarity for men to get to the 5th octave and higher... there are many of us out there just perhaps lots try to downplay it because they feel society expects them to have a deeper voice. I have good range though, my normal singing voice hovers in the 3rd and 4th octave and I can get down to A1 at the lowest.. A6 highest head voice though I've squeeked out some C7 whistles but won't count those til I can do it on cue

    • @gersongaete1574
      @gersongaete1574 5 лет назад +2

      Lordu you guys are all a bunch of liars, almost no one can belt higher than c6, you guys can only sing c6 with head voice or reverse phonation which you believe is still "belt" and if you belted a e6 you should go and take the award for the highest chest voice dumbass

    David Archuleta’s G#4s are so resonant!

    • @ThePianoguy89
      @ThePianoguy89 6 лет назад

      David Archuleta has better technique and musicality than Ariana. He has some tension, but not as much as Ariana. She has tongue and jaw tension. He has better placement and better sense of pitch than her. She's very talented, but that's an insult to him. His support clearly ends at G#4/A4. Above A4 is where you clearly hear tension and tightness.

  •  6 лет назад +12

    Omg I hate my voice type. My tessitura lies even lower than all the baritones that appeared in the video, it's like Debut Era Mariah's tessitura 1 octave lower

    •  6 лет назад +5

      Erick Freiria
      It's pretty much that. It's kinda sad 'cause there's this dude in the video with easy af G#4s and I alredy have hard times with F4/F#4s. I have easier lows tho, but no one cares for lows

    • @Conker32192
      @Conker32192 6 лет назад +2

      im the sameeee. i have a low tessitura. G4 is the top of my belting range as far as full chest. i can belt to G5 in head voice though. my full range is C#2 to E6 i hated it at first but i realized it makes me different. these tenors could never have the power in the lower notes that i have though.

      I struggle with my larynx position at D4 and am unable to hold E4, while F#2/G2 is the last note I can hit without lowering the larynx (F2 being the last one I can hit consistently without going sharp). So you got it better than me.

  •  6 лет назад +1

    Why can I reach all these notes with ease and power by using my mixed voice over here and when I try to sing by myself I feel like my throat is going to explode?

      ThePianoguy89 who is tenor?

    • @ThePianoguy89
      @ThePianoguy89 6 лет назад +3

      izad Azmi Luther Vandross and David Archuleta are both tenors. Luther Vandross is a full-lyric tenor and David Archuleta is a light-lyric tenor.

    • @Ignasimp
      @Ignasimp 6 лет назад

      ThePianoguy89 Luther has a weir voice. I've always seen him like a Martin Baritone. His voice is dark but light.

    • @ThePianoguy89
      @ThePianoguy89 6 лет назад +1

      Ignasi Martí Palet His voice is dark because he's a full-lyric. Full-Lyric tenors have rich dark voices and that's why they're always mistaken for baritones, spinto tenors, and dramatic tenors. His voice sits higher than the baritones here. He's not a baritone. His voice floats from F4-A4, baritones wouldn't have as much ease in that region. His G4 is very bright too as well as the rest of his mixed range.

    • @Ignasimp
      @Ignasimp 6 лет назад

      ThePianoguy89 Full I always find his voice to be so light... I don't know. From a full lyric I expect some more power. Maybe is his style of singing with a lot of breathiness what confuses me.

    guys I'm male 16 years old and my vocal range is : F2(low chest - A4( high chest) - F5( heady mix )- B6(whistle) , is that good enough for my age ? or i should be able to go higher in the chest register ?

    • @Dannyscat

      Vocal range isn’t everything for singing. If you want to be good singer should try learn some techniques here. Because vocal tones are very important. Make sure all the notes you making are from you neutral position in your vocal box

    • @markosgoniadze1174
      @markosgoniadze1174 6 лет назад

      Peter Donovan well I don't know when I'm singing with neutral larynx , it's when I hit a note without strain ?

      I low key asked you about his head voice just to show you this :3
