I apply for my sister and her family ,the case has been accepted. Priority date is December 10/2008 still waiting for the invitation letter. I sent a message to Immigration through my usc account . The only answer I get is they reviewing the case ?? What is happening any advice.

So now, after 30 years, he want to file petition for me to join him to usa. So I want to know which category of immigrant visa am I? Mine went from “Actively being reviewed” to “Interview was scheduled”, description said I will receive the dates in the mail. The status changed yesterday, does that mean interview is scheduled already.

The priority date is still not current so you must keep waiting
