hey man, again great tutorial! just wanna add that Kazuya's forward buffering is so good that you can also buffer a forward input after a diagonal (DF) and totally skip the neutral into pewgf and also qcf/qcb 1+2 after ws2 or on some launchable counter hits made it a lot less difficult for me. I also have a little request on how to do Eliza's 10f needle jab into bloody horn. I did it once or twice but didn't know how I did it lol and I think I can't do it anymore so far. can you break it down for us after you find a consistent way on how to do it?
some of this methods I mentioned are, in my opinion are useless tech but maybe helpful to some. so help us shed some light. thanks
@@rouenpaulo3986 for eliza it's a bit complicated so I'll describe it in part 2
This is one of the best videos in Tekken 7 history. These techniques can create innovative neutral alternatives outside of BDC and sidestepping movement.
Bravo
Omg, I didn’t know how to do the cancel for Jin’s b,3,1, I could never figure out how you were able to do it so quickly out of a dash. Super awesome video, lots of cool tech I didn’t know.
These videos are amazing, so much helpful knowledge, it's always a treat to watch them
Glad you like them!
Really good information
Finally understood what i was missing with Kazuya, need to practice buffering
Same for me with Jin. Always wondered how people got the 3,1 at the end of their combos instead of wr3
This is such an essential video. Top Quality content, mate! I have subbed.
I think myself and many other people in the comments seem to have learned heaps of new things. Awesome video!
I'm still relatively new to tekken 7 in the grand scheme of things. But I learned so much about these cancels and instant move from just playing dragunov and shaheen. Practicing Shaheen CC into slide and dragunov iWR2, iWS4, CD cancel wall carry really helped me get good with the rest of tekken characters whom also have these abilities
Amazing video! This video must have been so hard to make with all the inputs and stuff. So here's a You're amazing to hopefully make your day better.
Means a lot, thanks!
That law combo is the bane of my existence. Harder than a perfect electric
Have you gone through the combo in this video frame by frame ?
Because then you will see exactly when he inputs the DSS etc
I recently watched IronFistLaw75's video on how to do that WR+4 into 3+4 combo starter and I noticed something very interesting.
When I compared my perfect DSS to the one in his video, the frame by frame comparison showed that he went straight into the 3+4 animation from the perfect DSS execution.
However when I checked my frame by frame try, I didn't. Instead I was stuck in some sort of brief waiting position before the animation started into 3+4.
So this makes me think I have not pressed 3+4 fast enough after the last forward input to complete the DSS.
Perhaps that could be of help to you as well :)
@@Alignment89 imma have to check that out
Yoshimitsu has tons of little input tricks too. A lot of people know about his sword sweep inputs or how to get back turned moves from meditation stance, but I feel like less people know that inputting ub1+2 with u, ub1+2 just frame makes him do the unblockable silently, or about his secret ff1+2 into back turned flea with a strictly timed d1+2 after
Already in tk3 he had his backturn / fox step moves and they were even more powerful or even OP. After divebomb (ff1+2) + quickevade you can get an instant sidethrow if frame perfect. In tk3 this was even more stronger with half screen throw setup. Check my channel. Most basic is quick evade, mid spins or uf2 to get out after divebomb.
He can literally do all moves if buffered correctly from backturn. Even qcf or cd moves. Sometimes i troll around and do backturn cd2 continuously.
The real trick is to chain divebomb + quick evade into another divebomb in the other direction. Then you jump around endlessly. ruclips.net/video/g7x19LvuThI/видео.html
regarding iWR
U can only buffer one "f"
So within recovery one f, (Recovery ends)f, n, F, attack
What's important on short distance is that the Attack Button is exactly one frame after the third F.
U can check with TekkenOverlay frame for frame
actually all forward inputs have at least 6 frames buffer window depending on the range, you can buffer 1st 2 forward input on point black each for 4-6 frames
@@TK_TheFURY Im not sure what you mean. Of course in neutral you have several frames of leniancy for your input. But I wouldnt call that buffering.
@1:02
I was talking about buffering during ur recovery, in order to start the startup animation of the next move, here wr3 after f,F12 with Fahk, as fast as possible. Since u mentioned Just Frame WR.
The second sentance is correct, but not the first one. U can only buffer one "f" during recovery.
@@_N_O_X_O_N_ correct, you can buffer only 1 f input during recovery
@@_N_O_X_O_N_
You are correct.
You can buffer 1 forward AND the Neutral after.
It's how Katarina can launch -13 and Leo can punish Negan's f1+2(-15) with ff2(14f).
@@TK_TheFURY
Hey.
If you can buffer the forward, does that mean that you can get PEWGF out in 12f?
And since Taunt things can't be buffered, Taunt Mach Punch is harder than PEWGF. TJU is only slightly harder because you (1) can't buffer, and (2) at least moving in the opposite direction
How is this not in the game already ?!
Amazing tutorial with good explanations!
Btw: I noticed some spots with ehm weird text :P
There is always weird text in my videos, got no time for double check
I've needed this video for a long time lol. Ty
2:07 had no idea that was a thing. Now it makes sense why I see combos being hit that I can never do.
You can turn that "can" to "could" now.
Because you now know what they knew and so nothing is stopping you!
Muhahaha
The part in the beginning about buffering ewgf is also true with heihachi. He can buffer ewgf from running, forward dash and forward step. It operates the same way as otgf from neutral, I think the maximum possible frames to do an ewgf is around 30 seconds or so
it's for all mishimas including jin since it's the same move, only kazuya has i13 ewgf other than that it's same
You can also do while running moves the same with other mishimas if I'm not mistaken from crouch dash into uf3 and it creates a ISWR situation and in high level play its important
Try it out
Dam I gotta practice IFC, nice vid very informative!
Very informative video! Good stuff! I learned something new! 👍
Double just frames are the peak execution of tekken
0:57 I mostly perform iSW with Armor King pressing f,f,f+2+4 (the last forward simultaneously with the throw command) and I do it rather quick from the left side, but if I manage to get the rhythm right I can do it point blank with slower input, which makes it easier on the right side, when I'm hitting forwards with thumb. When I'm warmed up I can do that quite constantly. The best practice for me is trying to do the throw after a low parry or after Dark Upper.
U might have it as a mental cue to do it simoultanously, but actually the 24 has to be exactly 1 frame after the third "f" at close distance. Cant press simoultanously.
@@_N_O_X_O_N_ now I'm a bit confused but I guess you are right :D the thing is that I do it listening to the clicks of stick and buttons and I could swear that the I can hear last f and 2+4 as one 😅
This is how I do it (it's and uncut practice clip so lots of failing here)
ruclips.net/video/zGMlpQuy1Jk/видео.html
@@r2r87 Yah, thats the mental cue. So you imagine pressing simoultanously. But then subconsciously adjust to that one frame difference, when u get the feel for it eventually.
One frame is ~16.6 milliseconds. So it's almost simoultanous :P
@@_N_O_X_O_N_ wow, I guess I learned something today 😃 thank you for explaining!
Very nice execution!!
That jin 3,1 tech is something i have never heard of
This is great man absolutely great
Helpfull video for the community man ...
You can follow that punch with a kick now. Great
Boy I could have used this 15 years ago lol. Don't let people nitpick. The level of helpfulness to new players in the community by this video is insurmountable
glad it was helpful, basically trying to make videos on things I learnt from arcade and not from internet
I feel like you could've made buffered inputs more understandable by giving them a separate button input color or something idk
will be explained in input buffer separate video, since there is more than pressing buttons before recovery
Fury, the video is fine. This is going to help new players a TON. These crumbums can't appreciate a good thing if it hit them in the head
@@Mangfera Typical youtube commenter npc trying to see things that aren't there

For accuracy, instant slash kick via cd uf3 is available to both Jin and Devil Jin
Beautiful ❤️
love this video
learned something new
thank you :)
Glad you enjoyed it!
These guides are helpful
Ok wtf, I was not expecting tiger knees and instant air Tatsus to actually be a thing in tekken
Super helpful video. Thank you
I think Jin also has a crouch dash cancel that isn't available to anyone else by pressing u/b. It's necessary if you want to use f+4 to fish for CHs while transitioning to ZEN because you're too scrubby to actually pick up from f+4 by itself because they nerfed the move in season 3 by extending the knockback distance... >_>
I just do 4~3 after F4 I Im not in zen lol
But yea still reached tekken king even in tournaments u see people dropping that it's better to get guaranteed dmg
You deserve more subs bro
I appreciate that!
They really dropped the ball and not letting me see your input on warm up because that aggravates me
Some of these techniques are old mechanics that were used in older tekken games that just got forgotten thru upgrading the game
These are helpful
This video is very informative and comprehensive, well done.
However, I was thinking if you missed input techniques for Steve if I'm not missing something?
He also has several tricky and advanced stance cancelling stuff.
I was thinking of a part 2 but I need enough material for at least 2 min video, I already have 1 min clips
@@TK_TheFURY great bro, take your time and bring out a good video. Excited for part 2!
@@TK_TheFURY not sure if its what youre looking for and you orobably already know but you can go into zen with jin, tap forqard once and get ff moves, you can also get into a running state very quickly with this also.
TIME FOR SOME O M B O S
lol typo saw it after uploading
I knew some of these, but I was not ready for the akumacopter
While it may be a just frame, "perfect instant while running" isn't a thing, it's just iWR
You missed the most important part of iWR
To get a consistent iWR, no matter the speed, your button needs to be pressed one frame after the third f input. This is the only consistent way to get iWR at point blank and is the best method just generally. Pressing ON the third f or two frames after are why you sometimes get f1/ff1 inputs instead of fff1.
an annoying thing that I discovered: with Bryan, Lars and Jin you will may do lots of dash b3 after S!. But if you do a just frame b3 so press them at the same frame you get wr3.
maybe by doing b3+4 I will not have this poblem anymore?
no you will still get wr3 since b3 is not bufferable and you basically need to cancel running state by pressing b then press b3 which becomes b,b3 1st b is buffered
@@TK_TheFURYi will try to do that. I hope they fix it in T8, it dosen't make sense that you get a wr3 just because you did a just frame b3
4:28 *iWS *: every character can access while standing moves while doing backdash b,db since you are 1 frame in crouch state but its tight timing and i call it iWS.
With yoshi i often do ws3 from backdash as a keepout. Just backdash constantly with b,db and try get the ws3 in. After some practice you get the timing. Useful with kazumi to do ws1,2 from backdash since its hit confirmable. Still pretty hard to do.
*backturn / fox step*
I was missing some bufferable backturn / fox step moves (how we called it back in the days). Yoshi has a lof of those after backturn moves like dive bomb. Most easiest one is uf2 or mid spins to get out but he can do a lot of moves from backturn and even cd moves or qcf ones. ruclips.net/video/g7x19LvuThI/видео.html
*Legacy tech delayable ff / ss move inputs*
In older games like tk3 you could delay ff or ss moves much longer till the next frame _after_ the dash animation. With yoshi at the lhe last frame you can press 2 or 4 for the sword slice or 4 for fubuki knee comes out basically without the ff move. Also great with bryans sidestep moves. Same with df2 with yoshi you could have a yoshi "electric" by 'ff * df2' or do 'ss * df2'.
Have not seen this in tk7 though.
Your one of my favorite Tekken tubers
I appreciate it
I will say this again. These should be in training mode
Can you tell me when I have to input the dash cancel after hellsweep on DVJ? Instantly or some other timing?
turn hit analysis on, you need to time the dash for crouch cancel
@@TK_TheFURY ty bro but this is hard af. I'll keep trying tho
4:30 you can also just let go of df. Easiest way to CD into WS4 imo.
but slower
@@TK_TheFURY not at all?
@@shahtayyib it is slower since neutral is not easy to time
@@TK_TheFURY i mean shit, im pretty good at it 😅
Such a hard ass fighting game bruh
2:04
If he is in crouching state wouldn't he do a while standing move if i pressed something??
Yes but you can cancel crouching state by pressing up or f,f
this would be MUCH easier to digest if it was in an article format with gifs, i found myself having to rewind 10 times for a couple of these clips which was kinda tedious, still some solid information
you are actually supposed to rewind it, if I make the video slower paced people lose interest and leave early since most of these are known by veterans, with faster paced you have the option to rewind but still I'll try making my videos 30% slower next time to test watch time
this option to practice Executions of special techniques on tekken exist on the training mode of Tekken 7?
Its editing
@@TK_TheFURY OK ok
For the instant running, even it was seeable on the screen,
You didn't mentionned the fact that the last forward must be pressed one frame before you press the button of the running move
True
@@TK_TheFURY also in Hwoarang's case he can use iwr3 faster in RFF, not sure how fast but it's instant in RFF
2:00 mothed
You'll always find typos in my videos since I don't have enough time to rewatch it 3 times before uploading
@@TK_TheFURY yeah I don't mind, it just looks funni
Gracias amigo
4:37 that is not true, you can only do that with kicks. Steve cannot stand up and buffer ws1
Correct
what does buffering mean? like what does buffering a frame mean
Instant WS from crouch dash remains a challenge to me.
Can you ewgf after blocking? No, right?
you can buffer forward input, making it possible to punish -13 moves with kazuya and -14 moves with other mishimas
@@TK_TheFURY Just pewgf?
@@alvinkim1305 if your execution is on point, you can use ewgf to punish -14 moves, -13 with pewgf if you're kazuya
@@real_vardan I can't block punish with regular ewgfs?
Edit: As Kazuya?
pretty sure this isnt true, you can't buffer the forward input for either an electric or a perfect electric. hence why its so hard to launch punish a hopkick with kazuya. and this isnt a kazuya exclusive behavior, no mishima can bufffer the forward input. if you try to electric to soon after a block and dont time the forward, you'll get df2
Its bufferable for at least 4 frames
@@TK_TheFURY yeah, again I just dont think its true, otherwise blockpunishing a hopkick wouldnt be a big deal. if you mean that the forward can begin in the block stun, thats true, but it needs to be in non block stun state too in order to send the mishima into stance (electric is a stance move). the only way to actually guarantee a "perfect" ewgf is to use the f, no neutral, down, dowwn-forward input as each individual input takes is 1 frame. because with this input ends up making the forward only one frame long, you cant actually begin it before the the block stun is up. This is the whole reason taunt jet upper is easier than perfect electric wind god fist out of df2 CH, you can buffer taunt jet upper, but pewgf can't, its a stance move
@@superblack898 i actually showed buffered pewgf 😂in video and tju is not bufferable, its ewgf that bufferable, tju is way harder but constant timing so it's easier to master but hard to do for the 1st time
@@TK_TheFURY I just don’t think you understand what I’m saying. In my understanding, bufferable means that you can input something during a state where you could not take an action otherwise and have it go off the second you’re free to move. You can’t do this with electric wind godfist on block, to say punish a hopkick, because there needs to be at least one frame of forward input in order to send you into stance after the block. Since the only sure way to ensure a 13 frame electric is with the forward, no neutral, down, down-forward method for Pewgf, and that makes the forward input last for only one frame, it’s no actually doable. I guess you could kind of do it with the other input, but that is super inconsistent and honestly harder, to time the forward within 4 frames of no block stun and then a 1 frame window which you can’t tell if you’re doing right after
@@superblack898 I understand what you mean but actually works with both inputs but for your answer only f input can be buffered for 4 frame but neutral can be buffered only for 2-3 frames which means you either have to input neutral on correct frames for f,n,df+2 or skip it altogether for f,d,df+2 with a hold on f input for 4 frames.
What you implied is somewhat correct for neutral input.
I hope this answer your question.
I might have missed it but negans knife input wasnt on there was it?
it's simple qcf1 there is nothing special to be explained
Lee Chawla B+2 and then forward and then how to perform while raising hits.
Just like mishimas cancelling crouchdash you press back to cancel the movement and then you press 2 3 or 2 4. Lee also has a miststep. If you dont know the lore behind tekken he's Heihachis adopted son so he too has miststep.
Press b2 f when he is in stance press back to lean back when Lee is just about half way through the animation of his back lean stance you can press 2 4 or 2 3 to access the while rising moves.

@@TK_TheFURY no problem man, it’s one of my favorite Bryan moves since it looks so funny when his dancer’s legs do it
@@TK_TheFURY ruclips.net/video/rJZXyzAQR9g/видео.html&ab_channel=kilo don't know if you've seen this but has even more ways to cancel you might not know. Also for iwr you can only buffer the first forward and neutral input, the last 2 forwards has to be after recovery frames finish
i just wanna know how to do qcf cancel to ws1 with Feng
same as dragunov sneak ws4
Can't seem to do Law's WR4 into DSS 3+4 while using pad. On keyboard, its doable but the timing is still waay too precise for the last forward input. The buffer is fine, since he goes into fast tricky step consistently. Am I missing something to pull this off easily?
u got it correctly, last f input should be well timed
@@TK_TheFURY It seems that the just frame is literally right before his foot about hits the ground; when his inactive frames are gone. (Law goes blue if you buffer DSS correctly with frame data on).
After a bit of time, been able to pull it off at least 60% of the time, but it's hella unreliable compared to DSS from shaolin kicks or from WR1, for example. Anyway, thanks for the great video!
devil jin can also do wr+3 out of f,n,d,d/f,u/f+3
Tested with kazuya too
buffering means letting go of the button rather than pressing it right?
