Big facts💯. If he had stayed with Rory and Mal and actually kept being a good friend and business partner, they could have gotten a new podcast deal before the deals ended and secured that big bag and then after that new deal was done, Joe could have approached Rory and Mal about starting theJBP network and maybe it would still be a thing today and probably even bigger. Greed got to Joe budden and he was looking for a way to get Rory and Mal out, basically self sabotage so he can keep everything for himself. Mal said it himself that’s he been with Joe for a decade and knows that Joe has good qualities about himself but when it came to the money, something Joe struggled to maintain during his rap and tv career, he went and let greed take him over once their podcast got successful. If he remained humble and continued to do right by Rory and Mal like they did for him and many other people said they did, Joe would be richer than he is now along with Rory, Mal, Parks, and Ian. And why would somebody be on leave for a family emergency from a job and still be thinking about that job or posting advertising about that job that would be the thing from my mind SMH
I see what joe is saying. There's what you signed to do then there's the extra stuff like promoting the pod and the pstreon because if you're independent its on you to make it work. Obviously, there are other factors real or imaginary at play, with these three, so there was a lack of trust to want to do that work.
Nah they still promoted the podcast. Their main issue was that the patreon deal was an announcement came out of nowhere. Basically Joe wanted Rory and Mal to just shut up, accept the paycheck and podcast more for patreon. Which I’m sure Rory and Mal had no problem doing because they had after hours on the podcast before all three of them were getting paid on the podcast. So all Rory and Mal was asking Joe was hey stop treating us like we’re your employees and continue to treats us like business partners and informs us in what going on with our podcast before we proceed. Joe, Rory, and Mal had lives after they filmed a podcast episode and Joe just expected them to drop everything after work they had to do just for the sake of more podding when they have no idea, nor did they all agree to do more podcasting after their regular podcast was recorded. Bad leadership from Joe budden since it “his podcast”.
The dude who said "this was really all about the accounting at the end of the day??"......ughh yea brother, thats the biggest part of it. He dint give a fk about what a contract says but i guarantee every mf sitting on thise white couches has a contract and i guarantee joe expects them to follow what the contract says. Thats just what good civil business people do. Wtf is wrong with joe?
Contracts are fucking up relationships! Joe's podcast is interesting due to the MESS he is trying to eliminate AND that he created! I believe that Ish has way more to say, but when you're not trying to fuck up the money, you have to watch what you say! Rory and Mal, I agree with them, 100% Joe knows he's not keeping it real. He can't; it'll make him look crazy!
It all started from the money looking funny with the accounting. Im not anyone know this for a fact but i feel if the $$ situation was right then they would've been sending out a tweet/IG post etc about the podcast.

Let’s keep it real who the fuck was Rory and mal before the Joe buddem podcast ? who the fuck where they ?what were they doing because I just know joe got his podcast after he left complex; but I never heard of these other 2 guys ;why do they think they deserve as much as Joe Budden when Joe Buddem was the sole reason people tuned in to the podcast;he should of payed them more but not as equals they’re not equals there egos are something else. they were speaking of it as like they are the stars too they were pivotal but they weren’t the main attraction is like if Conan obrian sidekick wanted to be payed as much as Conan because he gets some jokes off too ,no mfs no I remember when the podcast came out people only talking about Joe burdens new podcast not Rory or mal
Oh cmon let's be real. Joe wouldn't be upfront with numbers, which his team, partners, employees, whatever u wanna call em, we're entitled to. Hell they HAVE to know to ensure they are getting their pay properly. After u find out something like that, u not gonna rock with them anymore.
If you pay attention Joe says they didn't repost the patreon not the pod. I think its because they started the patreon meaning more content but were being paid the same. So in their minds they were working extra for free and Joe was pocketing the money. So why repost it?
He is such a bozo with this. He don't care about the contract when it fits his narrative but he always bring up the contracts. My man comes off as delusional and slimy. I'm with mal 100 percent
Y'all gotta stop letting him spin shit and accepting it. I watch every episode, and it is entertaining. But Joe is not a good person. He shows it and manipulates his image through well calculated means.
Everyone knows you're the lead and the headline, even the reason,...but with success comes reward, especially if you do it with friends...2 mil, 5 mil, 10 mil, whatever it was, take 60, 70, percent and divide the rest to the crew! At the LEAST! You can tell this was a play to hide the deal and take the bag for himself.
Joe just running circles when it comes to this cuz he will never say hey I fucked up and that’s what everybody wants to hear cuz at that point they can clear the air
Joe Budden is a grandiose Narcissist. I don't know why people don't see it. Makes for great entertainment but makes for a terrible friend, husband or boss. They are willing to do anything or step on anyone to get to the top.
A grandiose narcissist is a person who exhibits an exaggerated sense of self-importance, a need for excessive admiration, and a lack of empathy for others. This form of narcissism is characterized by an overt sense of superiority, dominance, and arrogance. Grandiose narcissists often have fantasies of unlimited success, power, brilliance, or beauty, and they believe they are special and unique. They tend to seek out attention and admiration, often manipulating or exploiting others to maintain their self-image. This behavior contrasts with vulnerable narcissism, which is marked by insecurity, sensitivity to criticism, and a constant need for reassurance.
The more time has passed the more joe budden sounds more right. Rory and mal podcast is horrible and its gotten worse with their drake glazin. And joe budden podcast is the best podcast.

Rory and Mal thought of themselves as equal partners, that’s why they should have been promoting the show.
Lol, if somebody was playing with my money, I wouldn’t be showing up or being the best podcast. I could be as well.
thats a fact
Damn, so that’s how they treat the podcast they so called “helped” build ? Or they also “owned?
@@SergioRamos-ir7miwhy’d you put “owned” in quotations marks??
@@theeelite7025 cause they said they owned a piece but never did

@@TheStop Yeah, I know. I'm not that 😅😅 I love Kendrick, but I'm no Mr. Morale or a Big Steppers
When it works for Joe people should exceed the demands of the contract. When it’s working against show you gotta uphold the contract. I’m confused even as I type this.
this is a weird part of joes logic
@@TheStop I remember him telling “they don’t know their contract.” The contract you don’t want them to adhere to… for your own benefit?
@@discodrip3097he said it loud and clear for Danny to hear “ I DONT CARE ABOUT NO CONTRACT”. Mal said the same thing in their response video and yet Joe is not the one lying 😂.
More science on the overpriced couch too. That couch must be awful for a person's posture, especially for folks in their mid to late 40s.
Shit is hilarious cause one of shady records issue with Joe was he didn’t promote the album on social media
I had to scroll way too far down to find this comment. That was one of Shadys biggest issues with Joe. The hypocrisy is kinda crazy.
Joe done told 125 different variations. R&M has stood on one stance and thats it. So who we rolling with? Common sense
Ain’t nobody never tuned into the JBP to hear what Rory and Mal thought… We listened for Joe and Parks… them dudes were replaceable as we found out… low key Ice should have been on the pod soon as Marisa left
Sounds like what businesses do… when paying you out of my pocket isn’t working for me… now instead of weekly you getting paid on the 1st and the 15th and y’all not partners yall employees so shut up and dribble… bums
He kinda skipped over the whole tryna put them on salary BS. Talking boss shit for years with them then turn around and try to make them employees. 😂
This only makes sense to Joe's brain.
Facts
My karma is beautiful is a great example of mistakes Joe's ego led him to make. The cartoons stopped, sleepers are dry af. Rory and Mal have the better pod and do it with less help. Joe wanna be Entertainment Tonight instead of being Rap City or something thr culture needs. He fumbled the bag, now he's 60 minutes with yelling smh
Joe knows this but will never admit. But they all landed so maybe in another life time we’ll see them succeed together.
better pod my ass LOL relax
You must not have internet at home lol all of this is a lie and can be debunked with a quick Google search. Their podcast is cool, but doesn't do even close to the numbers that Joe does. Mal and Rory are funny WITH JB...JB is funny regardless of who's sitting next to him. YOU, RORY, AND MAL thought that fake sob story and exposè was going to lift them up and finally end Joe Budden. It lasted for about 2 weeks LMFAOOOOOOOOO because they are boring and Joe isnt...period. Akademiks had them SICK lmfao
@@cassidypeterson3618 what part is this commentator lying about? People keep bringing up these RUclips numbers when in All reality their numbers are good, and you know what’s even better?, when they are selling out live shows and merchandise every time they have been on tour since they parted ways with Joe!. This is liquid cash they can use to not only pay themselves but keep their podcast and crew paid well without giving up any of it in a podcast deal. (Which they didn’t have to do even when they were signed with sirus xm.)
I find it funny that not only was tour Joe bread and butter at one point (his words not mine), he tried to do a tour with Ish and Ice and no one bought enough tickets so he had to cancel the tour and hasn’t tried a new tour since with his new crew. It’s seems to me Rory and Mal had way more value then the six extra co-host people keep trying to say we’re better than them. Lol.
Then you talk about the sob story where they’ve been consistently straight forward with their facts (2 v 1), while Joe story and events change constantly where even Ish has to question the story. Also Akademics got who shook!😂. Akademics said he’s better than them in every way but somehow when it came time to do his first live show at (I believe roots picnic festival), at the same exact times as them he couldn’t even sell out while Rory and Mal were a couple stages away from him and had the crowd jumping!
Also anytime Rory and Mal need any favor or looks from the hip hop world or artist they get nothing but love and respect while Akademics has to beg and pay for that type of support.
Chill with all this hate for Rory and Mal, at one point in time people liked them but all of sudden instead of being objective and just giving them their props it nothing but trolls for Joe budden coming for them, SMH.
I dont know what you smoking but i garante you the only one doing that!
The person doing the interview acting shocked that this about money… “this was all about the accounting??”… Damn right it is!😂 Run me my money fam, something ain’t adding up. Prove to me that everything good and we’ll move on and when contract negotiations come back around I’ll be sure to get what I feel i deserve
Mal busy getting ready for the Kendrick show - Rory still promoting his album - and Joe is Joe .
all move forward

@@TheStop big fax
I just wanna know “did they ever get their bitcoin?” Not alotta people have addressed that ever & neither R&M or Joe highlight it but that’s a important factor to me , to say if Joe stole or not
Here comes joe revising history
Man if I’m funding recording equipment, travel and nobody else is doing that don’t ask me for accounting and don’t worry about how much money is coming in if I’m paying you handsomely.
Joe went out got the deals, joe paid the expenses, joe been dropping the gems 💎 (which is why we listen) since every day struggle. Rory and mal was koo but we didnt listen for them we listened for JOE! and i been listening since, well name this podcast later.
Joe cracks jokes about the OVO Sweatshop but he got a sweatshop of his own 🤣
Remember that freestyle joe did about owning the ip during the Spotify deal episode? Hits different today, “but I own the IP”
The only legs this has is you constantly bringing it back. I hope one of them buddy you up so you can find new content.
“Buddy you up” ??
@@TheStop stop fighting you or narratives cause I believe you are better than the story you are currently chasing. That breakup has 3 sides and we will never know the truth. On the flip side, insider knowledge on flip going to jail (if real) or of Mal’s tied
so close to OVO that he would ruin his imagine for it are questions I expect you to find answers too
People are clearly still invested. If you not move along.
So Joe got mad that Rory and Mal didn't promote a Patreon that he never even told them anything about?? Remember that Patreon acceptance speech?
I make good money at my job. I can't go in there and ask them what the books look like
Because you’re an employee who signed a contract as an ‘employee’. That’s not the same in this case if you’ve been following but
It’s exactly what’s in the contract! If ima go above and beyond, it needs to be reflected in my contract fam. That’s that slick talk, don’t be greedy bruh, it’s enough bread for everybody to eat. Imagine how good the PATREON would be if you weren’t trying to get mfs to do it for free. Imagine how live the sponsored ads would be if you would share that money … if Joe could do the pod alone he would but he need people to play off of. They are vital pieces
Not reposting the pod is not needed when you a platform as big as joe and I think everyone and the member know that. You think Lebron and his teammates repost every game? They don’t need to
I think once it went from “ill name this podcast later” to the JBP i think ego started playing tricks.
what episode was this. where he announced patreon tomrory and mal

The obsession with the breakup is crazy
They were too obligated. You can ask for accounting to something you don’t own.
Bad leadership from Joe budden since it “his podcast”.
still the GOAT POD
We got em !!!
space race
FUCK NO they was wrong for wanting the accounting. Joe is 100% OUT OF LINE!
Yeah he fucked up bad with that Patreon announcement
The dude who said "this was really all about the accounting at the end of the day??"......ughh yea brother, thats the biggest part of it. We need to see what money is coming in and what money is going out, what is my cut, whats ur cut etc. He sounded ridiculous. Tbh im not even a fan of rory and mal. I did like mal when they did the JB pod but somethin about him changed after and it could be because of joe. How jb handled that situation with rory and mal was disgusting in my opinion. When joe constantly says things like "idc about contracts OR i dont go by contracts"....what?? That right should immediately cause anyone looking to work with joe immediate red flag and smoke signals.
Rory and Mal, I agree with them, 100%
Joe knows he's not keeping it real. He can't; it'll make him look crazy!
It all started from the money looking funny with the accounting. Im not anyone know this for a fact but i feel if the $$ situation was right then they would've been sending out a tweet/IG post etc about the podcast.
I he didn’t have u fair expectations for people that say it was their pod too. I mean if he needs to be in the contract tomorrow it’s “your” business that u unit then that supports Joe with the fact that they were workers.
Every time Joe talks about this, it makes him look worse and worse
Me reading this title and be nah joe..
That's the Gardner snake, Ian not Rory.
They clearly said they dont care about podding now they podding clowns
He knows he cant fuck up twice lol
I agree with Joe. U can’t have the same slice as me and not put in the work
If you pay attention Joe says they didn't repost the patreon not the pod. I think its because they started the patreon meaning more content but were being paid the same. So in their minds they were working extra for free and Joe was pocketing the money. So why repost it?
I see this is a Mal and Rory fan page
Budden is full of shit he did those dudes wrong, especially Rory
He is such a bozo with this. He don't care about the contract when it fits his narrative but he always bring up the contracts. My man comes off as delusional and slimy. I'm with mal 100 percent
Y'all gotta stop letting him spin shit and accepting it. I watch every episode, and it is entertaining. But Joe is not a good person. He shows it and manipulates his image through well calculated means.
I need a discord link.
He’s doing it to Flip now
Joe wasn’t paying them.
Everyone knows you're the lead and the headline, even the reason,...but with success comes reward, especially if you do it with friends...2 mil, 5 mil, 10 mil, whatever it was, take 60, 70, percent and divide the rest to the crew! At the LEAST! You can tell this was a play to hide the deal and take the bag for himself.
it's not about what's in a contract? 🤔
Where’s Big Pump Killa?
I just assume Joe's always lying. But he's still entertaining and Rory and Maal aren't. So I agree with them but I'd rather watch Joe.
Lmao Joe just be talking in circles
Joe just running circles when it comes to this cuz he will never say hey I fucked up and that’s what everybody wants to hear cuz at that point they can clear the air
Joe is an exceptional creator but a horrible businessman.
