Try non aluminum baking powder, just a pinch. To ‘lift up’ that Lovely Banana Bread, that might also help some of the ‘dense-Ness’. But Banana bread, carrot cake, zucchini bread etc… are all typically dense. Looked lovely happy baking

I make banana bread every week, I use maple syrup instead of sugar and olive oil instead of butter. I also use almond flour. That will help with the moisture.
