I think people underestimate the maintenance required on corner blocks

The wife and I watch 5 mowers here in the States and 3 in Australia. The quality of work and the effort you Aussies put into the yards you makeover is far superior to the "Yanks" we watch. Your attention to detail is top shelf and your complete cleanup of both trash and cuttings is great to watch and leaves the yards looking so professionally done. Keep up the great work even if it does make our mowers look inferior.
No matter what country, it is almost always and end of street property double the lawn to mowe that gets neglected. Great job Tim as always

Even though it isn’t a true lawn with thick grass, the neighbours will appreciate you getting the weed patch under control, edged, curb done, dead leaves picked up, sidewalk and everything tidied.

Just watched another lawn guy put bales and bales of lawn clippings in the back yard with the tree debris! So glad you actally take the debris away.
Another awesome transformation, and I bet a nice thing about this one was the ability to see any junk before running over it, unlike the old dog bed in the last hugely overgrown yard you did, Tim...😊 Question for anyone that knows - what type of trees were in the side yard of this property? That one closest to the corner was the biggest tree I've seen Tim mow around so far since I've been watching his videos. I live in the States so I'm not going to even try to guess! 😄🌳❤ Most of the neighborhoods Tim ends up in look pretty new with not much as far as mature trees, but that wasn't the case for this video. Thanks to whoever may know!
My brain wants to say a type of pine but I'm probably wrong. I noted the eucalyptus around the back tho. That's what was dropping the stuff on the back lawn over the fence.
@@allanmck thanks for the guess! Yeah, it didn't look like a typical version of pine tree but maybe it was a eucalyptus since some versions can get huge. Google says they're officially a version of a gum tree. Speaking of messy trees, we have a few versions where I live - Crepe Myrtle are always shedding something but the blooms are pretty, and the bark peels like a eucalyptus from them sometimes. We have a potential distant cousin of eucalyptus trees, Sweet Gum trees, that produce and drop spiky nut pods/balls that become missiles when mowed over, or ankle-turners if your not careful when there are a lot on the ground. Doesn't shed bark though... Yay?? 😄

You went the extra mile of this property. This was a huge corner lot with a lot of edging, trimming, and mowing three times with one by hand. You really helped the homeowner. Excellent job!

Your pretty inspiring mate. I mow a friends place for her, and now every week I look for someone else in her street or surrounds and mow their lawn for free if they will let me. We’ve had a heap of rain lately here in SE QLD so mowing season is in full swing. Lots of older folks and time poor families who it’s just too much for them to do now.

God I hate corner blocks for this reason, there’s so much more mowing to do. We sold our ride on and then bought a corner block and had to do it by hand 😩. While a good old 3 feet high overgrown yard is awesome to watch, I must be easy to please because I still enjoyed this one. Great job as usual Tim. Now off you go and find a doozy for us please.😂 ❤❤❤

I've adopted your method of trimming first, then blowing it into the grass and ending with mowing. It takes less clean up at the end and looks great!
