- Tomorrow, And Tomorrow, And Tomorrow by Gabrielle Zevin is a journey through the creative lives of hopeful and romantic, yet damaged young artists during the boom of the video games industry in the 1990s. Amazing.

Ditto!
I can concur you have quickly become one of my favorite book tuber, I enjoy your sensibility and point of view.
I just finished this book and immediately searched RUclips for a review that could put into words how I felt. So thankful I found exactly that in this video and I can’t wait to watch more of your reviews!
It really seem to be the exceptional book of the year, cutting across genre interests, age, social backgrounds, race and any other factors one can think of to be embraced widely as a beloved book. Only now am I realizing about the 90s connection as a read Klosterman’s The 90s about the same time. For the non gamer the feeling of the era was more subtle, but now I see how well she integrated it. To me, and I know this opens me up to a lot of grief, I feel the book has an affinity with A Little Life. It’s closer to a third of it, has three friends as the focus and the trauma porn is dialed down to about one fourth, but I think those who did love A Little Life would also like this close, but complicated arc of friendship over decades.
I'll read this book next month. I love your review. Thank you so much for sharing, Willow 💕
You are the leading book reviewer of Japanese and Korean books. I have enjoyed all your videos for a long time and always pick out books you mention
This book is the best book I read in 2022!! So incredible ❤
Almost finished reading this myself, so glad to see you’ve read it and enjoyed it.

Thank you, Will, on my January 2023 TBR , love your review.
I just bought this and it's on backorder. I'm so excited to read it.
The only reason I got this book was that I saw your review a few months back. Glad you recommended it, hugely enjoyed it!
Got this book for Christmas and binged it in two nights, great book.
Maybe you could do a last minute additional list for this and if we were villains 😂
I just want to say that I’m so glad I found your channel this year ❤ Hope you have a meaningful new year!
You’re wonderful, thank you so much!
I'll read this and be all nostalgic for the games I played as a kid, but most of the time all I can really think about when I watch your videos is how pretty you are! 😭😻
Rachel why are you so sweet and lovely 😭😭😭
Ooooh this book is so buzzy, yet you're convincing me,Will.... I'm a classic reads kinda gal, but I have also just read The Rabbit Hutch by Tess Gunty and it's a revelation to me, a really really good contemporary book, and it's her debut, I really loved it! You should give it a read, I would really love to know what you think of it.
First time I ordered a book while watching a review.
I really had no desire to read this book due to it’s buzziness. I believe you have changed my mind. 😮
Just a correction - Sadie is not Asian American, she is Jewish.
oh aye
So many ppl have said So many great things about this book but guess when I decided to pick and read it? thanks for sharing your thoughts!
You’re so lovely 💜
I'm someone who grew up in the era of playing video games by going to an arcade and plugging a quarter into a big bulky machine to get my Ms. Pacman and Space Invaders fix. I have this book, but I've been hesitant to read it because I can't relate to more 'modern day' video games. Is this a huge mistake? Should I still read it? Love Gabrielle Zevin's AJ Fikry book.
I often wonder what my level 80 troll mage is thinking since I abandoned her in WoW after playing for 15 hours a day for years 😂 poor girl. Next year you’re going to have to film your favourites of the year on December 31st at like 8pm just to be safe.
Oh no, I hope she’s doing okay 🥹 And you’re not wrong! Lists are dangerous things
