13 inch Macbook Pro A1708 (2017) screen replacement

About a month ago, my daughter's Macbook screen started showing some irregularities. Upon further investigation, there appeared to be a crack in the lower left hand corner. A repair shop quoted us nearly $600 to replace the screen. Since I had previously replaced the SSD with my daughter, I felt comfortable giving the screen replacement a try, especially after watching some youtube how-to videos.

I used a set which I already had from another project which had all the correct sized driver bits needed.

This project will require you to handle some very small screws! Be patient and go slow. Keep everything you remove in order and organized. a project tray would be a good idea, as well as a large peice of painters tape to keep screws stuck in order.
