@@HowToFixTech I got in contact with microsoft support..
The most common reason for this is a corrupted profile.
Make a new user on your pc. Solved it for me.

@@doflamingo9811 You can transfer stuff over to it, the option should be in there when making a new one OR it will appear once you log onto the new profile. I didnt do it, as my pc was fairly new and my main programs was already useable on the new profile
