CLARKSON - AFFORDABLE & Close to the BEACH - Perth, Western Australia

In this video we walk around the suburb of Clarkson in Perth, Western Australia. Clarkson is located next to Mindarie and only 3km from the beach. Clarkson is a diverse suburb with a variety of housing options including units, townhouses and houses on large blocks.
Clarkson also has a large variety of shops, cafes and restaurants as well as commercial businesses. It is one of the main shopping precincts in the area.

These videos are honestly FANTASTIC. You are saving me SOOO much time. We are looking to relocate back home to Australia from couple of decades in the UK. I was thinking of WA as my home town Brisbane is now just insanely busy and expensive. I'm looking for something more peaceful with oceans and just gosh you're saving me so much time. Now I know what I'm going to focus on (as to where to live).

Beautiful suburb with a lot nice houses…I have been there a few times, 5 min drive to the beach and Ocean Keys shopping centre is huge.😅 The property prices there used to be at $315-360k range, now doubled up at $650k.😂 Thank you for showing us around Clarkson!👍😊
