In this video we walk around the suburb of Mullaloo in Perth, Western Australia. This is a beachside suburb with a variety of different housing options available.
This suburb is one of the more affordable beachside suburbs. It is currently going through a revitalisation with a number of new homes being built.
While the foreshore area is smaller than some of the more popular beachside suburbs, it’s still a great place to spend a day.

Oh yes. Mullaloo.
Would watch the sunset almost every day of the week. The ocean often looks like molten glass just before sunset. Beautiful.
We would buy fish n chips from the Mullaloo Fish Bar once a week.

It is very nice. The price is getting up there but as far as coastal suburbs within a reasonable proximity to Perth go, this is actually one of the more affordable ones.
