NOLLAMARA - Affordability NEXT to Expensive - Perth, Western Australia

In this video we walk around the suburb of Nollamara in Perth, Western Australia. The last ten years has seen this suburb transform from having mainly Homes West houses (social housing) to new houses and units.
This suburb is still affordable and is located next to suburbs where it's common for houses to sell for over $1M.

There is still quite a few Social Housing in Nollamara. I recently moved into a 1 bedroom unit in Feb of this year.
I agree the shopping area is a bit iffy and need of a major upgrade. Prefer to go to Mirrabooka Square down the road.
