- Here it is! This is the most advanced Ballet Barre Routine that I’ve uploaded so far. It’s definitely geared for the more experienced dancer with a solid technical foundation. This routine includes intricate combinations, quick tempos, and mixed rhythms...and serves as a wonderful challenge for your strength, flexibility, clarity of movement, and coordination. Enjoy! xoxo
