Made this yesterday, the family loved it. I used cake and pastry flour for a lighter texture, in the future I will use less sugar as it was a bit sweet for my taste. This is definitely going in my recipe book thanks much.

I made this banana bread today and I must say, it is the best I’ve made. I tried other recipes before but this one was very easy and it turned out extremely moist and flavorful. I tasted all the ingredients in every bite🍞🥧 I also added some chopped pecans and it came out delicious 👌

YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE WITH THIS ONE
It turned out great, thanks for sharing. Next time I think I will need to use less sugar and butter because it was quite greasy and maybe the ripeness of the banana made it extra sweet. But thank you! Not bad at all for a first attempt and not dry either.
