Discovered your video in 2017, being shared a FB post by a friend on making own flavour extracts. Since then, I have been diligently following your blog especially in Irish recipes. What I love is not the recipe (a dime a dozen on the Internet which many are just as good) but your explanation and methodology, sharing tips, making own version of base ingredients, and all kinds of information we took for granted, you broke the the steps and explained it well. That's amazing, Gemma! Congratulations on 10 years! I subscribed to your channel starting in my freshman year of college and now I've been in the workforce for a few years. I'm busier now, but I still love to come to your videos and watch the RUclips channel that improved my baking skills so much.
