Making of Easy Ribbon Pudding
gelatine - 3 tbs
Ice water1/2 Cup
Custard powder - 2 1/2 tbs
Cocoapowder - 11/2 tbs
lukewarm water - 1/2 Cup
instant coffee powder - 11/2 tsp
Milk - 4 Cups
Sugar - 1 Cup
Fresh cream - 11/2 Cup
Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp

Ribbon pudding, showed earlier in magic oven. It is also included in magic oven 's cookery book. I followed this recipe and prepared it and served it in our residence association meeting. Really if you follow this recipe, it's result will be awesome.

Happy new year,ma'm..looking forward to ur videos ..ma'm,oru doubt...this is basically custard pudding divided in 3 and flavors like coffee and chocolate added..I have packets of caramel custard pudding mix with me...how can I use that for this pudding? Do I need to add gelatin? Can I add fresh cream to the boiled mix? Will it hinder setting of that mix if I add cream,chocolate and coffee mixtures as u mentioned here without adding the gelatine?I'm imagining the mix containing something like gelatine to make the mix set quickly

Hi Ma'am..I always love to make puddings and I try different ones including those posted by Ma'am..Today I made ribbon pudding with China grass - 10g for 1 litre milk.. Apart from given recipe I added milkmaid and rest followed the same..I didn't get the pudding consistency at all though the taste was good..is the fault with china grass measurement?
