Hey Krati, the point of a freebie is to give something of value to your audience in exchange for their contact details (i.e. their name and email) so you can follow up with them via email. This is more important now than ever before thanks to all the Instagram algorithm updates.
I think social media is also tricky with everyone. The true way to dominate social is creating content and no one is ready for it. But I do think small businesses who can master that they will have good fortune.

Hey Amia, great idea. I've got quite a few in front of that right now so my best bet is to check into their tutorials and see if they offer any training or support to get up and running. I do know that to upload videos though using their software I think you need the paid version. Hope that helps!
