Oh my... I haven't even seen the video and I'm already speechless. Last night, after having another day of getting caught up in my stressed out mind, I had a dream where Kyle and me walked around the streets, I don't remember what we were talking about, but I remember the feeling I had - I felt deeply, deeply relaxed and free in myself. We passed a tree and I told Kyle "Look at those colorful leaves" and I woke up. This afternoon, I met a guy and we ended up meditating in the forest (I'm currently travelling in Nepal so that's not an unusual interaction here lol). He gave me this whole speech about how true freedom is only found when you're freeing yourself from yourself. He said "There are so many things that make life difficult - yourself shouldn't be one of them". I was deeply touched by anything he said. Not thinking about it, I picked up a red leaf from earth because I loved the color of it. Only later I remembered the dream again... now, just before going to sleep, I open RUclips and I see this video, this thumbnail. Wow. Wow. Wow. Well, can't wait to watch it now!

oh kyle, this is so good. Ive been going through the dark night /ego death for 2 years now and im now at my core wounds of abandonment etc, and I just am so exhausted. I just want to be healed, but I know the wanting to fix, change or control or even heal is the pattern. Doing nothing and just connecting, this sounds perfect. Letting it fall away naturally by not needing it anymore.
Im like 7 years into the dark night/ ego death and my old emotions and patterns are hitting hard this year and I can barely leave my bed from being bullied 20 years ago and my stomach is malfunctioning but I dont resist I allow the thoughts and emotions and Im healing.
I feel you so much. all these patterns are coming up and feeling like I am dying everyday. only after it dies I can see it was never who I was. Letting everything be and expressed is ( in my opinion) the way to healing. you are doing powerful work
Always look for the evidence that you love you.
Exactly. As a soul you always want to be heard and seek support from the outside world when you are not allowed to be who you want to be and others ignore you and/or reject you. However, if you are all love, searching within yourself and achieving peace means overcoming your obstacles and discovering that you are already whole, being satisfied with yourself and enjoying yourself. The real soul does not seek approval and in yin energy 2000 years is feminine to 4000 is knowing that the earth runs in cycles and it is about free will experience is liberating the soul is free from ego driven self-sabotaging mind that is not your mind is peace within yourself. You live in NON-Duality and do not bother others. You are your own shaman.
How timely that a recurring theme in my heart the past week or so has been that I don’t “need” to tell anyone my latest revelation, wow, like, dislike, opinion, pain, growth, strength, idea, epiphany…ANYthing. It’s very peaceful discovering contentment in my expediences without feeling a compulsion to seek outside validation for it to have value (not that it’s necessarily wrong to receive it, or to share…those are totally fine! I just don’t require it like I used to!) This resonates along that path for me. So freeing! 🙏🏻

Dissolving Shame allows present time comfort. It’s so important to listen to silence. Even in the exterior clamor to practice centering in the internal clamor. Birds and windchimes. It’s enough.

Thank you for this Kyle. One thing I've been doing is not reaching out to others like I have in the past. It has been a struggle because there's a part that needs to be seen. It has also forced me to sit with myself even through difficult emotions instead of going to someone outside of me.

The other day I was on my way to the beach and as I boarded the subway, realized that I forgot my lunch on a seat of the platform. Got off next stop and went back, it was gone. I said to myself someone will have a meal that they probably needed and decided to stay in the city. Later that day I was browsing at the Apple Store, sat down and decided to check what videos will pop -up on my RUclips algorithm. So one of your videos appeared. You and your content have helped me make a decision and come to terms with many things happening in my life. It is so simple. What I especially love about Kyle’s videos is that I can listen one day and hear something so relevant, and another day I listen to the same video and I hear it in a whole new way. Amazing.
Great video, he's spittin' truth. I was so miserable that had a pistol to my head at age 11. I lived with CPTSD, PTSD, suicidal depression, and a defensive aggression bordering on "oh my god", since the 60's. That is only said as proof of the fact that there is such a thing as a silver bullet, and what Kyle is talking about here is fundamentally it. This is the silver bullet to ALL distortion in thought or earthly malady, and it was the silver bullet that ended 60 years of suffering for me when nothing else could. And I pray in the knowledge that it will do the same for all of my sisters and brothers who are suffering. And talk about an omg moment when you're finally let up off that mat of misery and you realize that you have always been the I Am, and that nothing was or is actually happening to You, the real you. And it also makes the forgiveness of others and yourself so easy and understandable. Creator bless you, bless the I Am

Kyle’s really amazing, he’s been the eye opener for my addictions and trauma. Disconnection from ourselves is like living a futile life. I love how he explains it in simple words.
We need to hear this more often and search inside ourselves. This is the beginning of recognizing that disconnection is the root of all our problems.

@pollyon I feel ya, really do. So many of us can relate to your comment, verbatim. Despite years & years of learning & applying practices, shared community circles, solitude, blah blah we still find ourselves here, empty, done, over it, etc. Yet we're still in these bodies. Possibly our old selves are dropping away so rapidly that we're in unfamiliar territories, more vast than any previous "Dark Night of The Soul"? If this is remotely a portion of our current apathy, then our Possibilities Are Truly Endless Beyond What We Can Currently Imagine 🦋 Just a thought.

You mean your waiting untill you die? I don't quite understand. Don't wait. Look just meditate every day for a week for 10 mins even if you don't fell like it. The part of you that is scared to evolve is stopping you doing the work. But if you just do it for a week you will see evolution no doubt about it and you will know it works then you will have more interest in doing the work. I don't think you have interest because you haven't seen it work. If you see it work then interest will be there I promise. You just have to force yourself till you see it work. Then you will be interested I promise.

Glorious simple Truth!
A friend and his wife, who is one of the most extroverted people I know, were teasing me because I am the most introverted person they know. But I am at peace, and I know from conversations he and I have had that she is not. Are there issues with shame for my childhood? Oh hell yes! Grow up with a narcissistic sociopath for a mother and see how screwed up your brain is by the time you leave home. But I found peace within myself, by myself. Other people bring drama, other people bring grief. I would love to have a man in my life to share my amazing world with, but there's so much damage in our species, I just don't want to put the time in to finding someone if he's just going to be crazy at the end of the day. I am perfectly happy alone.
